MILLER HAD STATED IN HIS SPEECH THAT JOHN KERRY WOULD USE "SPITBALLS" AS WEAPONS IN THE "WAR ON TERROR". MR. MATTHEWS QUESTIONED MILLER'S USE OF THE TERM AND ASKED MR. MILLER IF HE TRULY BELIEVED MR.
