The great irony here is that yes, there’s plenty of systemic racism in our country; it’s all wrapped up in the history of the Democratic Party. The rot goes deep, back to the post-Civil War era. Former slaves and their children were forced for decades to endure the cruel, wretched Jim Crow laws that kept them from advancing in the South. And who was all too happy to keep those laws in place? The Democrats. Systemic racism is indeed a vile problem, one that must be addressed immediately. When Democrats stop pointing fingers and look in the mirror, we can...

A newly-unearthed clip of Joe Biden shows the then-senator referring to members of a female Confederacy group as “fine people” during a 1993 Senate hearing. During the Senate confirmation hearing for then-nominee to the Supreme Court Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Biden, the sitting Senate Judiciary Chairman, made a surprising comment about the United Daughters of the Confederacy, an organization committed to preserving Confederate statues with ties to the Ku Klux Klan.

Confederate monuments are being taken down or vandalized in cities across the country in the wake of George Floyd's death in police custody -- but so far the revived push to remove symbols of slavery and segregation has largely overlooked the late Democratic senator who was a former Ku Klux Klan member yet later rejected those views. West Virginia Sen. Robert Byrd's legacy is visible throughout his home state of West Virginia, with his name on numerous buildings and roads. Byrd was a former member of the Klu Klux Klan who later regretted that affiliation, renounced his past views supporting...

DAVIS, Calif — It did not take long before the Davis Mr. Pickles sandwich shop was closed down by corporate officials. Not even days after the owner of the franchise sent an email to employees comparing the Black Lives Matter movement to the Klu Klux Klan, the store was closed. In a statement posted to social media, corporate officials called the comments "alarming and painful," adding that the store will only open under new ownership if it does. The email, sent by former owner Mickey Mann, read, in part, "The BLM is the flip side of the KKK. Their tactics...

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez needs to ask herself what party she’s a member of and who those ‘slaveholder’ statues really represent. And SPARE US the BS magical history that Democrats use to pretend their party wasn’t filled with racist monsters who founded the KKK. Those slaveholders would have been in AOC’s party … think she understands that? That’s a rhetorical question, FYI. People really need to ask themselves why their communities chose to erect statues to slaveholders instead of abolitionists.— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) June 11, 2020 Tone-deaf is the phrase of the day, folks. You might want to ask why you are...

The petitions began to go viral following the death of George Floyd, and after it was reported a Virginia man who is accused of driving into a crowd of protesters is a leader of the Ku Klux Klan. More than 500,000 people have signed several petitions calling for the KKK to be designated as a terrorist organization. The KKK is currently classified as a domestic extremist group rather than a terrorist organization. Groups like ISIS, Boko Haram and al Qaeda are listed as terrorist organizations as they are international groups that threaten the security of the U.S. There are currently...

Democrats like to pretend they have a long history of fighting racism, but the truth is that it was Democrats who supported slavery, upheld Jim Crow laws, and were so deeply involved in the Ku Klux Klan that the 1924 Democratic National Convention at Madison Square Garden in New York City is called the “Klanbake” convention. Republicans fought against slavery in the south while Democrats defended it, and while Democrats pushed for segregation and Jim Crow laws, Republicans supported the Civil Rights act of 1964. The Democratic Party’s history of racism is undeniable in the picture below, taken at the...

Some of the changes Northam said they’ve made include expanding voting laws, making election day a holiday, decriminalizing marijuana and eliminating a holiday commemorate Confederating generals. Going forward, the Governor presented four pillars of a plan for going forward with reforms that address racial inequities:

U.S.—We finally have some healing and unity in our nation as a Klansman and a rich liberal activist were seen cheering together as a black neighborhood burned down. Similar scenes played out across the country as looters and rioters destroyed many minority neighborhoods and both the KKK and rich, white, liberal activists joined arms to celebrate. Powerful stuff. The uniting of the two unlikely allies has even caused some confusion, as some liberals are being mistaken for KKK members and vice versa. “This is what justice looks like!” tweeted a man as majority-black neighborhoods burned, though it was unclear if...

GQ magazine was severely mocked for publishing an opinion piece that incorrectly said former Alabama segregationist governor George Wallace was a Republican. The op-ed, penned by Laura Bassett, described Wallace, a former presidential candidate, as a Republican who backed abortion so there would be fewer children for the government to support. Just one catch: Wallace was a Democrat.

According to Tom Bevan, the shutdown wars are politics as usual, for “88% of Democrats believe the top priority of America is to “stay home, slow virus spread.”...Sixty-two percent of Republicans, on the other hand, favored getting the economy going as the top priority.” But watch out, Democrats, because America’s conventional-wisdom barometer, Peggy Noonan, writes that: Since the pandemic began, the overclass has been in charge -- scientists, doctors, political figures, consultants -- calling the shots for the average people. But personally they have less skin in the game. And not only that, but I’ll bet that the educated Gentry...

A day after San Diego residents were required to wear face coverings in public, a man went grocery shopping while wearing a Ku Klux Klan hood, according to a report. The hooded creep was seen roaming the aisles of a Von supermarket in the San Diego County city of Santee on Saturday, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported. Store clerks repeatedly asked the man to remove the hood or leave the premises. A supervisor approached him at the checkout line and asked him again to take off the hood or leave, company spokeswoman Melissa Hill told the newspaper. The man finally...

A California mayor who recently said he would resign over social media posts comparing Trump supporters to members of the Ku Klux Klan was killed in a plane crash Saturday, according to a report. Auburn Mayor Bill Kirby was identified as the person killed when a small plane went down near Auburn Airport just after 11 a.m. local time, FOX 40 Sacramento reported. The other person on the plane apparently survived but there was no immediate information about that person’s identity or medical condition. Kirby, who was also a physician, took heat from Auburn residents earlier this week during a...

The mayor of a Northern California city this week announced plans to step down after outrage erupted over recent social media posts comparing President Donald Trump’s supporters to members of the Ku Klux Klan, Fox News reported. The angry Auburn community, about 33 miles northeast of Sacramento, weighed in on Mayor William Kirby’s controversial comments on Facebook during a virtual City Council meeting by video Monday. Kirby addressed the controversy after several voicemails from residents were played. “I spent 40 years dedicating my life to serving the community of Auburn as a physician and through my volunteer efforts. Am I...

The mayor of Auburn is facing backlash and calls for his removal from office following posts and comments he made last week on Facebook, which appeared to compare supporters of President Donald Trump to the Ku Klux Klan amid criticism of the president’s response to the coronavirus. Dr. Bill Kirby, the mayor of Placer County’s seat and a urologist, announced Monday evening that he intends to hand over the mayoral duties to a fellow council member, Auburn Journal reported. Kirby allegedly shared a reposted meme last Thursday from his personal Facebook account. The image depicted a hooded KKK member and...

Retired federal judge Janice Rogers Brown warned Tuesday about the perils of the mob that views politics as all important and ignores objective truth. President Donald Trump has had to contend with a fired-up “resistance” of political opposition that will not recognize his presidency as legitimate, Brown suggested. “Prior to the 2016 election, America had a cherished tradition of peacefully transferring power. No riots in the streets. No military coups. George Washington himself set the standard,” Brown said. “However, we now know elections have consequences only when the correct candidate is elected.” Brown, who served on the U.S. Court of...

As usual, fake news media ignored a Democrat irresponsibly throwing a racial-hate-generating grenade into a crowd of blacks. On MLK day 2020, Joe Biden referred to Trump as “this president and his Ku Klux Klan...” This is extremely evil when you understand that Biden knows his accusation is absurd and easily proven false. Biden thought he was simply throwing the dumb black congregation a vote-winning racist dog biscuit. As a black and grateful proud American, it turns my stomach the way Democrats repeatedly pander to us, pretending race relations in America have not progressed beyond the 1950s. Irresponsibly, Hollywood, public...
