Rapper King Louie survived being shot in the head in Chicago on Wednesday afternoon. The “Chiraq” rapper was shot in the left side of his head while riding in a car in Chicago’s Ashburn neighborhood at about 3:30 p.m.on Wednesday, Chicago police said.
