I enjoy watching Judge Judy, when possible, and I saw a particularly interested episode the other day. A young white woman who works in a restaurant, as a waitress, was suing for medical compensation against a Mexican woman who attacked her in the restaurant because the waitress asked the woman's neice to extinguish her cigarette (she was in the non-smoking section and other customers had complained).
