Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a 28-year-old mother of three who died after taking part in a radio station's water-drinking contest. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department decided to pursue the investigation Wednesday after listening to a tape of the Jan. 12 morning radio show obtained by The Sacramento Bee, sheriff's spokesman Sgt.
