I was curious to see if I got the same result others reported when I ran the google query "OETR, Bush". Other threads had indicated that they got several pre 9/8/04 hits with the wrong acronym "OETR" instead of the correct acronym "OER", and that these pages were exclusively from DNC or Kerry websites.
