Hypothetically, if they succeed in indicting Trump and impeachment using such flimsy evidence, they would incite massive rebellion from people who support Trump. Possible riots? Civil War? Are they wanting this? Would this be an excuse to confiscate guns? Martial Law? They would still get Pence if Trump was thrown out of office, so what is the point? Sorry for the Vanity and if these are stupid questions, but I am just trying to figure out why they are doing this?

Crisis: Over the weekend the cable news shows were filled with politicians Left and Right pontificating about what special counsel Robert Mueller’s latest filings on Friday regarding President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen really mean. The pontificating went into hyperdrive following the publication of a column by former national security prosecutor Andrew McCarthy, in which he predicted that the president is about to be indicted by the Southern District of New York for “campaign finance violations.” Impeachment! the Democrats screamed. Impeachment! As if they weren’t already considering it, without cause or reason. McCarthy wrote: The major takeaway from...

President Trump on Monday denied the hush-money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal in the weeks leading up to the 2016 election were campaign contributions, instead calling them a "simple private transaction.” “So now the Dems go to a simple private transaction, wrongly call it a campaign contribution,” Trump tweeted. Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer, recently admitted in a plea deal to violating federal campaign finance laws by arranging payments to Daniels and McDougal on Trump's behalf, according to the plea. Prosecutors on Friday released a sentencing memo calling for Cohen to a “substantial term...

“Democrats can’t find a Smocking Gun tying the Trump campaign to Russia after James Comey’s testimony. No Smocking Gun...No Collusion.” @FoxNews That’s because there was NO COLLUSION. So now the Dems go to a simple private transaction, wrongly call it a campaign contribution,... ....which it was not (but even if it was, it is only a CIVIL CASE, like Obama’s - but it was done correctly by a lawyer and there would not even be a fine. Lawyer’s liability if he made a mistake, not me). Cohen just trying to get his sentence reduced. WITCH HUNT!

There is no good news. At least not while Donald J. Trump is president. It’s the inverse of the Obama Occupation rule, which prohibited bad news. And if there is something that might be interpreted as good news it will be ignored, like the blockbuster story about the U.S. transforming into a net oil exporter for the first time in 75 years. The only way you’ll hear about oil boom in the MSM is in connection with Obama taking credit for the solution to the problem he claimed we couldn’t drill our way out of. But I guess he deserves it,...

The best defense is a good offense. If Trump's payments to Stormy through Cohen were illegal campaign contributions, then the sexual harassment payments by congressmen were too.

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) Mueller is “closing in” – on what, no one seems able to say. – Last week was the week when Robert Mueller started “closing in”. That’s what everyone in our fake news media kept telling us, anyway, so it must be true, right? Well…ok. Supposedly, if all the talking heads on CNN and MSNBC are to be believed – which they most certainly are not – the sentencing memo related to Michael Cohen and the court filing in Mueller’s case against Paul Manafort contain all sorts of damaging allegations related to President...

The top Democrat expected to lead the House Judiciary Committee next month claimed on Sunday that if President Trump broke campaign finance laws by arranging hush-money payments to mistresses, he would have committed "impeachable offenses ... in the service of fraudulently obtaining the office." The comments by Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., on CNN's "State of the Union" were striking in part because the 71-year-old congressman was on the Judiciary Committee when it voted to impeach former President Bill Clinton, which Nadler said at the time was tantamount to an attempted coup and a gross abuse of the impeachment power. The...

The matter of Gen. Michael Flynn began with criminal conduct. But it was not committed by Flynn. The crimes were leaking the contents of classified telephone conversations between Flynn and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak and revealing the identity of Flynn as a party to the conversations. The sorry saga began with a January 12, 2017 column about the Flynn/Kislyak conversations by The Washington Post’s David Ignatius, who described his source as a “senior U.S. government official,” i.e., an Obama administration functionary. Whoever told Ignatius the fact of and substance of the eavesdropped conversations committed a felony by leaking classified information....

Former FBI Director James Comey said Sunday that President Trump is "certainly close" to being an unindicted co-conspirator in an ongoing investigation into campaign finance violations. Comey said during a discussion with MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace during an event that Trump does not fit the description in the "formal sense" because he hasn't been named in an indictment. "But if he’s not there, he’s certainly close given the language in the filing that the crimes were committed at his direction," Comey said, referring to a filing from federal prosecutors last Friday that said Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, "acted in...

Special counsel and former FBI director Robert Mueller is accused of framing a man on gun charges — a case that is officially under investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI). Writer Jerome Corsi, who rejected Mueller’s plea deal in the Russia collusion case but is still under Mueller’s microscope, actually knew about the case in question years ago, before the criminal investigation opened in Tennessee. Mueller as FBI director was accused of working with a blogger who wears a hammer and sickle Communist hat to build the law enforcement presence that led to the man’s arrest on gun...

The conservative writer and conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi filed a lawsuit on Sunday accusing special counsel Robert Mueller of blackmailing him to lie about President Donald Trump in the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. The suit, which seeks $350 million in actual and punitive damages in U.S. District Court in Washington, was filed six days after Corsi entered a formal complaint with the Justice Department alleging prosecutorial misconduct by Mueller. Corsi, 72, the former Washington bureau chief of the conspiracy website InfoWars, accuses Mueller's office of having illegally leaked secret information from the grand jury investigating Russian...

Jerome Corsi, the conservative author accused of lying under oath to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigators, filed a federal lawsuit late Sunday accusing Mueller of leaking grand jury items and various constitutional violations, including illegal surveillance, reports said. Politico reported that the newly filed suit claims that Mueller tried to get Corsi to give testimony that Corsi said is false. He is reportedly seeking $100 million in actual damages and $250 million in damages due to injury to his reputation. The author has theorized that investigators hoped that he would admit to a connection with WikiLeaks' Julian Assange. The connection...

After reading the New York Times and England's Guardian, Corsi and Stone acquired "foreknowledge" of Wikileaks' plans to release even more documents. Perhaps Mueller's "thirteen angry Democrats" -- the true conspiracy theorists -- don't believe anybody actually reads the Times anymore. So that would be suspicious. Anyone who read the Guardian knew that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange publicly announced that "his organisation is preparing to publish more emails Hillary Clinton sent and received while US secretary of state." In March, 2016, as the Guardian noted, Wikileaks released 50,547 pages of documents from Hillary Clinton's insecure email server. As Secretary of...

Perhaps the media and the various "experts" should reconsider salivating over the recent information stemming from the Michael Cohen plea agreement in light of the lawsuit filed by Jerome Corsi.  According to Fox News, "Corsi filed a 'criminal and ethics complaint' against Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, accusing investigators of trying to bully him into giving 'false testimony' against President Trump."  If this is true, Michel Cohen's "admissions" will be rendered virtually meaningless, and Robert Mueller's investigation should be immediately terminated.  As part of his plea agreement, Michael Cohen admitted to making false statements in a letter to Congress in 2017...

A lawsuit set to by filed Monday puts journalist Jerome Corsi in a unique position to legally end special counsel Robert Mueller’s “reign of terror,” contends attorney Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch. Klayman, who is representing Corsi, said in a WND column Friday night he will file a complaint against Mueller with acting Attorney General Mathew Whittaker and the heads of the Office of Professional Responsibility and Inspector General of Justice Department. The special counsel is probing a theory that Corsi and Trump operative Roger Stone had a WikiLeaks contact who previewed hacked emails of...

The Daily Caller News Foundation has obtained drafts of a plea agreement and a statement of criminal offense that special counsel Robert Mueller prepared for Jerome Corsi, an associate of Roger Stone’s.The documents show that Mueller’s team wanted Corsi to plead guilty to making false statements about three email exchanges he had with Stone regarding WikiLeaks. One of the emails shows that Corsi told Stone on Aug. 2, 2016, that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was planning to dump Clinton-related emails.Corsi rejected the plea offer. Special counsel Robert Mueller cited three email exchanges between right-wing author Jerome Corsi and Trump confidant Roger...

Conservative author and commentator Jerome Corsi says special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigators accused him of lying under oath only after he "couldn’t give them what they wanted.” Corsi spoke with Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tuesday night, one day after he announced he would reject a plea deal that would have required him to plead guilty to perjury. "I refused to plead to a lie," Corsi told Carlson. Mueller sent Corsi a draft plea agreement earlier this month stipulating that the special counsel would allow Corsi to request a sentence of probation if he agreed to plead guilty to one count...

Epic Fail: Special counsel Robert Mueller has spent a year-and-a-half and $30-plus million attempting to “prove” that POTUS Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign “colluded” with Mother Russia to “steal the election” from Hillary Clinton, but he’s come up empty-handed. So now, he’s going after Trump associates and allies like Dr. Jerome Corsi and Paul Manafort for ‘lying’ to investigators in order to give the impression that collusion occurred but he just couldn’t prove it. That’s what former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova thinks, and he said as much Wednesday evening during an appearance on Fox News‘ “The Ingraham Angle.” The “original purpose”...
