MECHANICSBURG, Pa. - A Mechanicsburg man is charged with simple assault and harassment after police say he strangled a woman. Upper Allen Police arrested Fathi Abdulwahab, 27, of Mechanicsburg, after responding to a report of an assault Saturday in the 600 block of Cumberland Pointe Circle just before 6:30 a.m. Responding officers found the victim with several injuries indicating she had been assaulted.
