CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - A global internet outage early Friday morning is impacting major industries around the world, including banks, airlines, and TV stations. Our computers at the TV9 studio in Cedar Rapids were down for a period of time. The Cedar Rapids Police Department tells TV9 it was also affected. The FAA is issuing ground-stops for major airlines.
