    A lawsuit filed by Nestlé USA against two distribution companies could mean popular imported products from Mexico could be taken off the shelves of some stores in the United States. According to court documents, the lawsuit was filed in 2021 in the United States District Court Western District of Texas. Nestlé USA is suing two companies called Ultra Mundiales and Ultra International. The companies specialize in distribution of Mexican goods to other countries.
