While speaking out on the House floor yesterday against the House GOP lawsuit against President Obama, Texas Rep. A man charged with the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry has been extradited to the United States. Tucson News Now reports: Ivan Soto-Barraza will be arraigned on Friday, Aug. 1 in federal court in Tucson, according to the Department of Justice. Terry died in a shootout in 2010 after confronting some border bandits south of Tucson. Soto-Barraza was caught in Mexico in September 2013. He is charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, attempted interference with commerce by robbery, use and carrying a firearm during a crime of violence...

In the interest of simplifyin’  stuff, we’ve reformulated the job responsibilities of the President of the United States to just “helpin’ people.” And sure enough, the hateful Republicans object to that too: “They have announced that they are going to sue me for taking executive actions to help people. They’re mad because I’m doing my job. Stop being mad all the time. Stop just hatin’ all the time. After conservative icon and talk radio host Rush Limbaugh blasted House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) for declaring that impeaching Obama was off the table, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin praised Limbaugh for understanding the importance of not emboldening Obama to act even more lawlessly.
