Speaking ahead of Donald Trump at his Anaheim rally was the Texas-based group the Remembrance Project, which also appeared onstage with the Republican presidential candidate at his Costa Mesa rally in April . The nonprofit, which according to its website has been operating since 2009, bills itself as a group of "advocates for families whose loved ones were killed by illegal aliens." The group is led by conservative activist and former Texas congressional candidate Maria Espinoza, who told the Riverside Press-Enterprise at an event this month that Trump "is a listener" and was the only one of the Republican presidential...

Can rotten boroughs such as the many areas where there are many illegal aliens residing, actually throw an election to the Democrats by inflating the number of delegates to the Democrat side? I am not sure how rotten boroughs such as Los Angeles and many other areas where there are many illegals living can effect the delegate count.

He has said that the wall would be built from precast concrete and steel and that it could be 50 feet tall, if not higher. After calling for it to extend across the entire 2,000-mile southern border, he more recently said half that length could be sufficient because of natural barriers. He has pegged the cost at $4 billion to $12 billion, most recently settling on around $10b. Some see that as low. “There’s a lot of logistics involved in this, and I don’t know how thoroughly they’ve thought it out,” said Todd Sternfeld, chief executive of Superior Concrete, a...

A federal judge in Texas on Thursday excoriated the Justice Department, demanding ethics classes for the department’s lawyers and ordering other sanctions for those who argued the case involving President Obama’s immigration executive actions. He also ordered the government to produce a list of about 100,000 immigrants who entered illegally and who are participating in a government program that protects them from deportation. In a blistering order, Judge Andrew S. Hanen of Federal District Court in Brownsville accused the Justice Department lawyers of lying to him during arguments in the case, and he barred them from appearing in his courtroom....

Disease is the absence of health. Although many diseases still have the potential to end our life we have found ways to combat them and avoid the deadly pandemics of the past. History tells us between 75 and 200 million people died in Europe during the middle years of the 14th century. It took just six years to sweep across the continent and reduce the population by at least 1/3. Those who survived were emotionally and financially destroyed. Because of modern medicine and a clearer understanding of the how and why of epidemics we are at much less risk of...

Those who really want to win an election should make it a practice to listen to the demands of the people who will be voting. The opinions of voters regarding what to do about the tens of thousands of illegal alien children who have slithered into our country isn’t hard to discern. Nevertheless, we have come to expect that our wishes will be pushed aside in deference to those of the Chamber of Commerce. We don’t want illegal aliens to be allowed to stay in our country. We don’t want amnesty granted to these people. We want them kicked out....

U.S. Border Patrol officials are opening up the Texas border to let 4,000 Cubans in, taking about an hour to interview them and check their criminal background, before letting them enter the United States on their own where most will stay for life. Aware that Panama had airlifted nearly 250 of 4,000 Cubans to the Mexican border near El Paso, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency said it stands ready to process the new immigrants with speed, in fact faster it takes many Americans to get a drivers license or buy a gun.

There is something a bit unsettling about watching violent, foul-mouthed protesters waving the Mexican flag on American soil. Over the weekend, Hispanic children lined the streets in Fort Wayne, Indiana – hurling filthy insults at Donald Trump supporters. “F*** you,” the youngsters shouted as they flipped off passerby. “F*** you.” Video captured images of the angry protesters wearing sombreros and holding signs that read, “Brown Pride.”

The Center for Immigration Studies has released a new report, "Welcoming Unaccompanied Alien Children to the United States", analyzing the Obama administration's persistent efforts to relocate the children of Central American illegal aliens to the United States. The report is online at http://cis.org/Welcoming-Unaccompanied-Alien-Children-to-the-United-States. When the illegal flow of mostly teen-age boys from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador across the border reached record levels in 2014, the administration at first tried to arrange for them to stay by presenting them as victims of trafficking. But for the immigration benefits of being trafficked to apply, there must be coercion and exploitation; this...

BROWNSVILLE – The number of people crossing the border illegally is on the rise. The Border Patrol chief said the number of people coming across is consistent with the surge two years ago. However, some people don’t agree. More than 80,000 people crossed the border illegally since October. It includes more unaccompanied children and family members from Central America and Mexico. A protest outside a campaign rally for Donald J. Trump in Costa Mesa, Calif., turned violent late Thursday night, as the crowd smashed a police car, the authorities closed nearby streets and officers arrested about 20 people. More than 113,000 young Latinos in California weren't counted in the 2010 census, a new study says, and Latino advocacy groups want to be sure the U.S. Census Bureau is working to reduce that number in 2020. With an estimated 47,000 uncounted Latino children, Los Angeles County alone is home to 12% of the estimated 400,000 Latino children in the U.S. not counted in 2010, according to a study released Tuesday by the National Assn. of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Educational Fund and Child Trends' Hispanic Institute. California could gain another congressional seat in 2020, and "that will depend...

While the American public is incessantly regaled with tales of woe featuring illegal aliens and their downtrodden family members, the victims of our government’s endorsement of illegal immigration rarely have their voices heard. While the criminal negligence of municipal, state and federal agencies occasionally capture the attention of media outlets-as happened immediately after Kathryn Steinle’s senseless murder by a criminal alien in San Francisco-press coverage of this subject rapidly vanishes. That does not mean, however, that the number of victims is declining. To the contrary, this administration’s reckless policies of importing scores of new aliens-while giving amnesty to those currently...
