I have a few questions for the FairTax experts to answer! Beyond section 1 of HR25, where it repeals the existing Income Tax legislation, after reading further into the bill...

While I am not an advocate of taxes, I am an advocate of tax reform, and getting rid of the IRS. The Fair Tax would do this. The groundwork has already been laid for the bill, and the debate, but nothing will be done without the voice of the people. The FairTax is the non-partisan national sales tax proposal that would replace all federal income taxes. These include personal, estate, gift, self-employment, alternative minimum, capital gains, FICA, and corporate and death taxes.
