Chelsea Clinton: It Doesn’t Make Sense That People Think My Mom Is Untrustworthy David Rutz BY: Follow @DavidRutz September 9, 2016 12:36 pm Chelsea Clinton said it did not make sense to her that her mother Hillary is viewed as untrustworthy during an appearance Friday on The View. Whoopi Goldberg, a co-host of the left-leaning, all-woman talk show whose panelists are friendly with the Democratic presidential nominee, asked Chelsea Clinton about the critique of her mother being dishonest made “by lots of people who don’t know her or have not met her.” “Well, it doesn’t make sense to me,” Chelsea...

At the NBC News “Commander in Chief” forum on Wednesday night aboard the U.S.S. Intrepid in New York, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton invented a new alibi for her mis-handling of classified information, telling host Matt Lauer that she used a secure server when she needed to send classified information. In July, FBI director James Comey revealed that Clinton not only withheld and deleted work-related emails, but also sent classified emails — many marked as such — on her private, non-secure email server. Clinton told Lauer on Wednesday evening: "I communicated about classified material on a wholly separate system....

Joe Isuzu was a fictional spokesperson for the car company of the same name in the late 1980s, the poster child for pathological liars everywhere who made outrageous claims about the cars he was selling. Much as William Safire described Hillary Clinton in a 1996 essay in the New York Times, he was a “congenital liar”. But Joe Isuzu was fictional; Hillary Clinton is not, and is running for president. Be afraid, be very afraid. The past as they say, is prologue. The lies Hillary told in the past were merely precursors to the present lies. Hillary lied about having...

'If you take my spot, I'll get drafted, I'll go to Vietnam, and I'll die: Hillary recounts being yelled at by room full of men as she prepared to take law school admissions exam Clinton revealed she was one of the few women in the room that day The men said 'You don't need to be here, there's plenty else you can do' That was one of the moments Clinton realized she needed to control her emotions so she could focus on the test She realized this protection now might make her seem 'walled off', adding that women are 'seen...

Hillary told another whopper today, one of her typical I am a heroic woman who has stood up to bullies my whole life lies. Speaking to a blog called “Humans of New York” on Thursday, Hillary shared a “rare personal message” – as Politico put it. She claimed that when she took the LSAT during her senior year of college, men taking the test shouted at her, saying her admission to law school could cost them their draft deferments, forcing them to go to Vietnam, where they would die. The moral of the story was that she had to “learn...

Hillary Clinton responded to the latest attacks and questions surrounding her campaign on Wednesday night, firing back at Donald Trump moments after the Republican nominee called her “a bigot.” “He is taking a hate movement mainstream,” Clinton told CNN’s Anderson Cooper in a phone interview shortly after Trump made the remark at a rally in Mississippi. “He’s brought it into his campaign. He’s bringing it to our communities and our country, and someone who’s questioned the citizenship of the first African-American president, who has courted white supremacists, who’s been sued for housing discrimination against communities of color, who’s attacked a...

Charles Woods, father of slain Benghazi hero Tyrone Woods, blasted Hillary Clinton Tuesday for lying to himself and to the American people after reading out of his diary the remarks Clinton told him at his son’s casket ceremony in 2012. (Photo) Appearing on “CNN Newsroom” host Carol Costello asked Woods to respond to Clinton’s attempt to discredit the family’s of the Benghazi victims who have criticized her for blaming a video for the deaths of their children instead of blaming the planned terrorist attack. “Well, I know what she said, and it has nothing to do with faulty memory,” Woods

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: One Hillary sound bite from yesterday will suffice for all of them. Chris Wallace says, "After a long investigation, the FBI director James Comey said none of the things that you told the American public were true," and that's exactly right. Comey laid out the case. He did everything but recommend prosecution. Under questioning, he admitted that she lied here, she lied there, and Wallace says: You know, the director of the FBI "said none of the things that you told the American public were true." HILLARY: Chris, that's not what I heard Director Comey say, and...

This is a note to Clinton Democrats—a desperate plea, actually. Your candidate staged a winning convention in Philadelphia: big stars, tight messaging, and a compelling case against her rival, Donald Trump. The Republican nominee followed up by smearing a war hero’s family, revealing his ignorance about Russia’s incursions into Ukraine, denying a relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin that he had previously claimed, and failing to quell suspicions that his team changed the GOP platform to protect Putin’s interests. Hillary Clinton may be rising in the polls as a result, which is good news for people like me across the...

Hillary Clinton is a lawyer, unlike most of the population out there, and KNOWS Trump never liquidated creditors in a typical bankruptcy. Every media report repeated her lie dozens of times yesterday. People think there is one kind of bankruptcy and have no clue about Chapter 11 reorganization to PAY OFF THE CREDITORS. (photo) Donald Trump has NEVER filed personal bankruptcy! Hillary Clinton appeared on Fox News Sunday this morning, and repeated her denial that she told the families of the men killed in Benghazi that the attack was caused by a video. She went one step further, and patronized the families, declaring “I don’t hold any ill feeling” towards family members who “may not fully recall everything that was or wasn’t said.” Later in the interview, Hillary again dodged responsibility. Wallace played the statement by FBI Director James Comey that—contrary to what Clinton had claimed—she did in fact send and receive classified material on her home-brewed email system. This time,...

PHILADELPHIA — Hillary Clinton’s campaign is pressuring TV stations across the country to stop airing an anti-Clinton political ad sponsored by the pro-Trump super-PAC Rebuilding America Now. The campaign claims the ad, titled “Outsourcing,” is “directly contracted by evidence in the public record.” The ad claims Clinton went to India and talked up outsourcing — and then received a donation from Indian politician Amar Singh of up to $5 million in 2008. The Clinton campaign contends that the donation was made in a different year.

Hillary Clinton was interviewed by Scott Pelley and offered a new defense of her careless handling of classified material. You’ll be shocked to learn it was all someone else’s fault. In addition, she actually had the gall to point to her record as Secretary of State as proof that she takes the handling of classified information seriously. “And to the voters who wonder whether you can be trusted with the nation’s secrets, you say what?” Scott Pelley asked. “I say I have been and I have proven that over the course of my 8 years in the Senate; my four...

Hillary Clinton on Friday rejected the F.B.I.’s assertion that she had been “extremely careless” with classified material as secretary of state, offering her first public comments on the matter since the Justice Department closed its inquiry without bringing charges against her this week. In interviews on CNN and MSNBC, Mrs. Clinton tried to put the controversy surrounding her use of a private email server to rest, brushing off a rebuke from James Comey, the F.B.I. director, who had criticized her for being negligent. Although Mr. Comey, in a congressional hearing on Thursday, pointed out several contradictions between what Mrs. Clinton...

Hillary Clinton did not swear an oath to tell the truth before meeting with the FBI for three and a half hours last weekend, and the interview was not recorded, FBI Director James Comey told House lawmakers on Thursday. The lack of a sworn oath does not remove the possibility of criminal penalties against Clinton if she lied to the FBI, though he said he had “no basis to conclude” that she was untruthful. “Still a crime to lie to us,” Comey told the House Oversight Committee. FBI policy is not to record interviews as part of its investigations. Yet...

"The arc of the moral universe is long," shouted the freshly unindicted Hillary Clinton at a Democratic rally in North Carolina, with President Barack Obama at her side and the FBI behind her in her dust, "but it bends toward justice." She nodded in triumphant agreement with herself, her head moving up and down, chin stabbing the air, a righteous bobblehead Hillary reaching for the presidency of the United States. Clinton attributed the phrase to Obama, but he'd taken it from Martin Luther King Jr., who years before had taken it from the abolitionist Theodore Parker, who didn't live to...

“Regardless of the ongoing litigation I am not in a position — nor should I be expected to — to speak of the scheduling habits of a previous secretary of State,” Kirby told reporters. “I’m not able to do that.” “It’s a case of ongoing litigation and I’m simply not able to discuss it further.” ======================================= During the State Department’s daily press briefing on Friday, Kirby said that Secretary John Kerry’s calendars “are being maintained and preserved as they should be.” “I can’t speak to how it was done in the past,” he sad. “But the secretary’s calendars are being...
