Here is video of Louisiana Republican Rep. Joseph Cao suggesting to BP America Executive, Lamar McKay, that in the “Asian Culture, we do things differently. During the Samurai days, we’d just give you a knife and ask you to commit Hari Kari.” Unbelievable. Cao ought to be ashamed of himself for using his platform as a Congressman to say something like this.
