A disgraced ex-NYPD lieutenant facing sentencing for bribery conspiracy has spilled the beans on the depth of alleged corruption in the department’s License Division, detailing accusations of special treatment for President Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Michael Cohen and an unidentified ally of Mayor de Blasio.
