Verizon Fios announced Friday that it is dropping conservative outlet BlazeTV from its channel package. Fios TV, which offers more than 425 channels, announced its decision to drop the outlet, founded by Mark Levin and Glenn Beck, in a message to subscribers on Friday. “As you know we must periodically renew our agreements with TV content providers to be able to bring you the programming available on Fios TV. At Verizon, we put our customers first in all our content decisions. We aim to provide content our customers want at a fair price,” Fios said in a note to its...

On their way to a Chrismas party over the weekend, Glenn Beck and his wife made a stop at a local Walmart and decided to pay off all of the layaways to the tune of $27,000. TheBlaze founder said he and his family had been inspired by Tyler Perry, who recently paid off all of the layaways at two Atlanta-area Walmarts, totaling more than $400,000. The Dallas Morning News reported Beck and his wife stopped at the Dallas-area North Richland Hills Walmart on their way to a Christmas party but ended up staying several hours at the store as employees...

Conservative journalist pioneer and entrepreneur Michelle Malkin announced Monday that she would leave CRTV after the group merged with Glenn Beck’s The Blaze enterprise. “I am so proud of the investigative journalism I did for CRTV,” she wrote on Twitter. “So many heroes, so many compelling stories. I will not be continuing with the company, but wish my colleagues all the best.” Beck, the founder of The Blaze, and Mark Levin, the founder of CRTV, announced their decision on Monday to merge the two companies into “Blaze Media.” Malkin was featured in the video released to promote the merger.(snip)

Conservative media personality Glen Beck dismantled a popular pro-abortion myth in a short, simple tweet over the weekend. Beck was accused of being “pro-birth” after sharing a LifeNews.com article about Hollywood actresses hosting a party to celebrate their abortions. It is a common attack lobbed at pro-life advocates, but it is ridiculously false. Offering no evidence to support her claim, a Twitter user named Carol Valentine told Beck: “When those who yell about the rights of the unborn child actually step up to care for that child throughout the child’s life, then I will feel that those protesters are actually...

On Monday’s episode of “The Glenn Beck Radio Program,” Glenn was joined by author and mathematician Dr. James A. Lindsay to discuss a series of fake “grievance studies” that he and cohorts Peter Boghossian and Helen Pluckrose penned in order to test the extent of political bias in left-wing academic circles. Lindsay, Boghossian (an assistant professor of philosophy at Portland State University), and Pluckrose (editor-in-chief of Areo Magazine) wrote an op-ed for USA Today titled, “From dog rape to white men in chains: We fooled the biased academic left with fake studies” in which they spelled out the purpose, method...

Last Thursday in the southeastern Brazilian city of Juiz de Fora, Jair Bolsonaro—variously described as “the most misogynistic, hateful elected official in the democratic world” and maybe even “the world’s most repulsive politician”—was nearly stabbed to death while crowd-surfing through a mostly adoring mob. Bolsonaro, who has been called “The Trump of the Tropics,” has been riding atop Brazil’s presidential polls all summer. Then again, Bolsonaro’s chief rival, former Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of the leftist Workers’ Party, would be outpolling him if he weren’t currently in prison on a 12-year corruption bid. Please share this article...

For months now, the focus of Campaign 2018, rightly, has been on control of the House. All the metrics continue to point to a midterm election in which Democrats could seize control of that chamber. But for sheer drama and unpredictability, the contest for control of the Senate could be the place to look. The House is no slam-dunk for the Democrats, but most Republicans following the campaigns are genuinely worried and probably right to be that way. The overall environment is difficult for the GOP because of President Trump and because of the location of the competitive races; suburban...

American conservative political commentator Glenn Beck is staging a nationwide intervention. That alone should give people reason to fear for the the state of our nation. But seriously, the guy who has spent plenty of time on TV crying and stirring up scandal and conspiracy theories on his radio show, thinks the country is addicted to rage, which just so happens to be the name of his new book. Beck seems to have some self-awareness that he has contributed to the problem. “After learning the hard way about the importance of thinking before speaking, Glenn invites audiences to have intimate...

Former “Celebrity Apprentice” star Penn Jillette had the perfect opportunity to smear President Donald Trump in a recent Vulture interview titled, “In Conversation: Penn Jillette Talking magic, truth, and Trump’s alleged Apprentice Tapes.” As the name implies, the interview was, by and large, a probe for damaging information about Donald Trump, namely Omarosa Manigault-Newman’s claim that there is a tape of him using the N-word on “Celebrity Apprentice.” As Glenn noted on Wednesday’s episode of “The Glenn Beck Radio Program,” Jillette is no fan of Trump. And yet, after saying he was “in the room” and had overheard Trump saying...

Mike Rowe said that there is profound disconnection between Americans, and it’s this gap that drives the division in the angry discourse over politics. ‘Frustrated people are talking… past each other’ Rowe was responding to conservative commentator Ben Shapiro on his show about the widening gap between different classes of Americans. “We’ve become slowly and inexorably and profoundly disconnected from a lot of very basic things that when I grew up, I was really connected to,” he explained, “like where my food comes from, and where my energy comes from.” “A basic history, a basic curiosity, you know,” he continued,...

Radio talker Glenn Beck put forth a defense of disgraced Disney movie director James Gunn, who was fired due to years of “jokes” about child rape. Beck took to Twitter to back Gunn despite his many vile posts about pedophilia. “I will stand for you. We all make mistakes, we must come together as each of us grow and change,” Beck said to Gunn. “Forgive others in hope that they will forgive themselves and others too. Reach beyond your comfort zone and be kind. You don’t need my forgiveness J.G, but I offer friendship.”

Conservative pundit Glenn Beck is selling off more of the luxuries he acquired over the years. The former Fox News star recently listed his 9,100-square-foot, 6-bedroom Westlake mansion for $5.9 million, according to Realtor.com. The estate's listing comes weeks after a Daily Beast report found Beck's multimedia company, TheBlaze, was experiencing another round of layoffs. In addition, the report found Beck had begun giving away and selling "trinkets" and "costumes" he collected during his work. A previous Daily Beast report also found that Beck was selling his private jet.

Former Fox News hosts and conservative commentators Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck offered praise for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez after she knocked off Democratic Rep. Joseph Crowley (N.Y.) in a primary earlier this week. "I have heard some Republicans deride Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and I think that’s a mistake," O'Reilly tweeted this week. "She won by outworking long time Democratic Congressman Joseph Crowley and seems to care more about people than power. A good thing for any politician." O'Reilly, who was fired from Fox News in 2017 after sexual harassment complaints against him were reported, complimented Ocasio-Cortez's voter outreach but made clear he...

Wednesday’s retirement announcement of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy sparked strong reactions from both right and left, but the takes from so-called #NeverTrumpers, or ideological conservatives who opposed President Trump in 2016, ranged from “crickets” to eating some much-deserved crow.

The next time asteroids menace the earth, we'll be ready. Because NASA has created a plan. But before you get too excited, unfortunately, NASA's just-released plan does not include a Bruce Willis-led crew of roughnecks landing on an asteroid and blowing it to smithereens with a nuke. Which begs the question, if that's not part of the plan, what's a potential "Space Force" actually for? Yesterday, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy released a report titled, the "National Near-Earth Object Preparedness Strategy and Action Plan." Okay, see, this is the problem with government bloat. That title is...
