A fourth woman will claim that Herman Cain sexually harassed her while at the National Restaurant Association in a press conference today, RadarOnline first reported early Monday. The woman will be represented by Gloria Allred, the Los Angeles-based attorney who represented one of the women involved in the Anthony Weiner twitter scandal earlier this year. The press conference will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Friars Club in New York City.
