President Barak Obama is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at a dinner sponsored by Human Rights Campaign (HRC), a homosexual civil rights organization, on Saturday, October 10. HRC calls itself the "nation's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization" in the country.
