Raleigh, N.C. — In a formal complaint to the Durham County Board of Elections, Thomas Stark, the attorney for the North Carolina Republican Party on Saturday demanded a recount of votes cast on and before Election Day, citing a counting error involving 90,000 ballots. Thomas Stark, general counsel for the GOP and a Durham County voter, filed the protest with the Durham County Board of Elections, alleging malfeasance in regard to the accuracy of the count. In the complaint, Stark says the county used data from potentially corrupt tabulation machines from five early voting sites and one general election precinct....

The University of Pennsylvania campus was roiled Friday by racist hate messages targeting the school's African American freshmen in a cell phone text-messaging app under the group name "N----- Lynching." The first message in the GroupMe app, popular among college students, was sent at 10 a.m. with the question "Sup N-----s," from someone under the alias "Daddy Trump." A calendar function in the app scheduled several "N----- Lynchings." Subsequent messages named 161 people, including those who created the group and the students who were targeted. A second message, from someone who posted under the name GORT, said "message Heil Trump."

A Muslim woman in Louisiana who told police she was attacked with a metal object and robbed of her headscarf and wallet by two men wearing Donald Trump clothing just hours after Trump was elected president admitted to police today that she made it up, Lafayette police told ABC News. “She made up the entire story about being attacked, about her hijab being taken. There was no truth to any of it,” Lafayette Police Department spokesman Cpl. Karol Ratcliff said. The 18-year-old University of Louisiana at Lafayette student, who police haven’t named, reported that two white men jumped out of...

Noncitizens, Voting Violations and U.S. Elections NOVEMBER 2016The United States sends election monitors around the world to help discourage fraudulent balloting. But, here at home, it has largely turned a blind eye to the possibility that fraudulent voting by noncitizens could influence the outcome of an election. Our voter registration system is susceptible to abuse by noncitizens. In addition, noncitizens and illegal aliens are counted when apportioning congressional districts and when allocating state electors under the Electoral College. This means noncitizens play a role in determining how many congressional representatives a state has and exert an indirect influence on presidential...

As we always knew, California and American elections are filled with fraud and corruption. Thanks to a new poll, we now know that approximately 13% of illegal aliens vote. Since they are already criminals, stealing ID’s or using phony ID’s. lie to get welfare, steal jobs—why not vote as they to lose. Since they can not be deported or jailed, they have nothing to lose. Obama is protecting these law breakers. Could this be why real citizens don’t vote—the illegal aliens outvote them? Worse, in close elections illegal aliens can make the difference. Corruption? Look at the ballot box. In...

In the booth, I pressed the button to select Trump/Pence. The light that went on highlighting Trump/Pence. I moved on and voted for other candidates/ballot initiatives. When I reviewed my selections, the Trump/Pence ballot was no longer highlighted. The buttons were spaced inches apart, and I'm not spastic. There is no way I deselected Trump/Pence. I reselected Trump / Pence and pressed the button to capture my votes.

A carbon tax proposal in Washington state, scheduled for the ballot on Tuesday, has been drawing national attention for weeks as a result of the unexpected controversy it’s inspired among environmental groups, many of whom have outright opposed the initiative. And in the final days leading up to the vote, new voices have continued to join the fray, including influential players on all sides of the climate change conversation. **SNIP** Also last week, economic justice organization Rebuild the Dream, founded by former White House adviser and current CNN commentator Van Jones, released two Facebook ads — reportedly at a cost...

I am the one who had to go through incapable government procedures to become legal resident of this magnificent country - the (former) beacon of freedom and justice in the world. I see talking heads, professors and government geniuses analyzing and trying to "comprehensively" fix the problem of illegal immigration with no results. We have illegals crossing the borders, visitors overstaying visas, people trying to share the American Dream by ignoring the laws. Politicians are talking about the problem, but not fixing it, making it worse, result of the typical government bureaucracy, incapable or not wanting of running anything right....

The fear of a Donald Trump victory has reached fever pitch in Mexico this weekend, as the nation’s economists pontificate on the potentially devastating effects such an outcome would have on both the country’s currency and its broader economy. In recent weeks, Mexican financial authorities even ordered local banks to stress-test the potential impact on their balance sheets of Trump winning the U.S. presidential election. While the effects of a Trump victory on Mexico are likely to be huge, there are plenty of other reasons the country’s economy and currency are under growing pressure, including a consumer slowdown in the...

An Iowa Congressman claimed on Sunday that Republicans on Capitol Hill have copies of the 650,000 emails the FBI recovered from a computer belonging to Anthony Weiner. 'The good thing is, Congress has preserved them for our access,' Iowa Rep. Steve King said before a Donald Trump rally in Sioux City. 'So the Weiner leaks, the WikiLeaks, you name your leaks, we've got our hands on all of them – 650,000 emails.' King also suggested that the number of emails related to the FBI investigation may be larger than 650,000. Clinton-supporting trial lawyer Alan Dershowitz hung up on radio host Mark Simone Friday after Simone confronted Dershowitz with a Clinton for-profit college scandal. Dershowitz spoke about Donald “Trump’s instability” and said that “We’re also buying a guy who engaged in massive fraud with Trump University.” New York radio host Simone then turned the tables to focus on the Clintons’ Laureate University scandal. Simone said that Bill Clinton received $18 million to serve as chancellor of the for-profit college and Hillary Clinton’s State Department awarded them $50 million in U.S. government grants.http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/11/04/alan-dershowitz-goes-berserk-over-clinton-college-scandal-hangs-up-on-mark-simone/

OK, here is an idea. Not much time so I'm just throwing it out there. I'm working a polling place so I can't do it. The idea is to get a print store to make a large professional looking sign saying "Election Fraud Is A Felony" "Punishable by law" and so forth. To catch poll workers you have to be there 4:30 am and at 7:00 pm when the polls close. I can just imagine the Marshall telling them inside what he sees when he takes in the election signs. Just be beyond the 75 foot limit of the polling...

CNN)The Supreme Court on Saturday allowed an Arizona law barring organizers from picking up ballots and delivering them to election stations to remain in effect. The ruling is a blow to Democrats in the state who say the law could disenfranchise thousands of voters, especially in minority communities that rely upon neighbors and activists to collect and hand-deliver the ballots. Friday, a 6-5 ruling by the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals granted a preliminary injunction of the law; the Supreme Court's order stays that decision. There were no noted dissents.
