What is going on in Opa-Locka, Florida? The same mail processing facility that is allegedly holding uncounted absentee ballots, was also responsible for sending Cesar Sayoc’s fake pipe bombs through the system. The postal service is currently investigating ballots mailed through the Opa-locka processing center, as reported by The Miami Herald:

The U.S. Department of Justice has sent subpoenas to nine of the largest counties in South Florida, Tampa Bay and Central Florida, demanding extensive information over how they identified and purged potential noncitizens from the voter rolls. Michael Garone, 52, was released from jail Tuesday on his on recognizance. Garone and others were holding anti-Kerry signs at a street corner Monday in Vero Beach when Trevor Pickering drove up and said "Go Kerry," according to an arrest affidavit. Pickering argued with the anti-Kerry protesters, and then got out of the car and knocked a sign out of the hands of one of the demonstrators.

Fabiola Armitage is back on television, only instead of a campaign ad the focus has been on her mugshot. Armitage is a Kerry supporter and a strong believer in stem cell research. She's featured in an advertisement urging Floridians to vote against Amendment 3 on this year's ballot. The amendment would cap how much money a lawyer can make from a medical malpractice lawsuit.
