President Donald Trump is stewing over a segment on Thursday’s edition of Your World with Neil Cavuto — in which a guest analyst offered a harsh critique of his 2016 debate performances. In a Thursday afternoon tweet, Trump blasted A.B. Stoddard of RealClearPolitics for calling his debates “disastrous.” So furious was the president that he went so far as to seemingly blame “Fox board member Paul Ryan” — who joined the board of the Fox Corporation in March 2019 — for Stoddard’s analysis. “Could somebody at @foxnews please explain to Trump hater A.B. Stoddard (zero talent!) and @TeamCavuto, that I...

The week President Donald Trump was acquitted in his impeachment trial was Fox News Channel’s best in the ratings since the weeks he was elected and inaugurated. The Nielsen company said Fox News averaged 4.27 million viewers in prime time last week, better than any network except for ABC, which televised the Academy Awards, and CBS. It was the fifth most-watched week ever for Fox’s prime-time schedule, and highest since election week 2016, Nielsen said. The only other times Fox topped that mark came during two weeks in March 2003, during the Iraq War, and the August week in 2015...

Fox News’ own research team has warned colleagues not to trust some of the network’s top commentators’ claims about Ukraine. An internal Fox News research briefing book obtained by The Daily Beast openly questions Fox News contributor John Solomon’s credibility, accusing him of playing an “indispensable role” in a Ukrainian “disinformation campaign.” The document also accuses frequent Fox News guest Rudy Giuliani of amplifying disinformation, as part of an effort to oust former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, and blasts Fox News guests Victoria Toensing and Joe diGenova—both ardent Trump boosters—for “spreading disinformation.” The 162-page document, entitled “Ukraine, Disinformation,...

A new organization dedicated to sharing abortion survivors’ stories wants pro-life advocates to make their voices heard to FOX Sports ahead of the 2020 Super Bowl. Faces of Choice leaders said they have been trying for more than six months to purchase ad time during the Super Bowl, but FOX has repeatedly ignored them. Their powerful new ad premiered at the March for Life last week, and it featured the stories of more than a dozen people who survived abortions. Lyric Gillett, the 28-year-old founder of Faces of Choice and producer of the ad, said they have a shortened version ready...

President Trump appeared to mock House Speaker Nancy Pelosi this week by gleefully handing out souvenir pens at the USMCA signing ceremony — a move that came after Pelosi was slammed for handing out souvenir pens with her name on them on the day she signed the resolution to transmit two articles of impeachment against Trump to the Senate. Pelosi, D-Calif., gave out the commemorative pens Jan. 15 to a number of House Democrats who were involved in impeachment, a stark contrast from what she had repeatedly said was a “somber” and “prayerful” act. This led a number of commentators...

4 hours ago ... Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp says it’s trying to battle fake news and social-media clickbait with Knewz, its own curated headline-aggregation service. The company’s new Knewz.com site — a text-heavy agglomeration that has already drawn critiques of its cluttered design — officially launched Thursday as a “beta” test. The site, patterned after other aggregators like Google News, Apple News and Drudge Report, compiles headlines and links for publications across a broad range of political leanings, from Fox News and Newsmax to Daily Kos and Mother Jones. In announcing the launch of Knewz.com, News Corp said readers will...

Former National Security Adviser John Bolton is publishing a tell-all book about his time in the Trump administration. The book is scheduled for release this March, but Bolton’s former Chief of Staff, Fred Fleitz, penned an op-ed for Fox News calling on Bolton to withdraw his book from publication. “I don’t understand the need for a former National Security Adviser to publish a tell-all book critical of a president he served,” Fleitz said. “Especially during a presidential reelection campaign that will determine the fate of the country. There will be a time for Bolton to speak out without appearing to...

CNN is grasping at straws to explain away Americans' waning interest in the impeachment trial. On Reliable Sources Sunday, host Brian Stelter and his CNN colleagues Oliver Darcy and John Avlon blamed it on the “Fox [News] firewall” which apparently keeps the right ignorant of Democrat arguments. Besides dismissing conservatives as indoctrinated, the liberal panel also attacked the Trump administration was “flabby snowflakes” who were used to preferential media treatment. That last statement was in reference to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo calling NPR reporter Mary Louise Kelly a “liar,” last week. The panel also brought up CNN reporter Manu...

Voters give the economy its best ratings in nearly two decades in the latest Fox News Poll -- and credit President Trump. And yet as his impeachment trial begins, Trump’s job approval holds steady, while half say the Senate should remove him from office. The poll, released Sunday, finds 55 percent give the economy positive ratings (excellent or good). It’s been 19 years since this many felt as positively (59 percent in January 2001).

Democratic presidential primary candidate Joe Biden urged President Trump to heed advice from his national security advisers and team of military officials when responding to escalating tensions with Iran after earlier comments Tuesday, where he called the president "dangerously incompetent" and on the verge of leading the U.S. into another war in the Middle East. Following Iranian missile attacks targeting U.S. military and coalition forces at two bases in Iraq early Wednesday, Biden, who was speaking a campaign fundraiser in Philadelphia, said: “I just pray to God as [Trump] goes through what’s happening, as we speak, that he’s listening to...

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is ratcheting up his condemnation of President Trump's order that lead to the death of Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani, comparing the killing to Russian President Vladimir Putin "assassinating dissidents." Sanders, who was one of the first 2020 Democrats to call Trump's airstrike on Soleimani an "assassination," lobbed harsh criticism against the Trump administration for the killing. "This guy, you know, was, as bad as he was, an official of the Iranian government," Sanders said of Soleimani, in the CNN interview. "And, you unleash -- then, if China does that, you know, if Russia does that, you...

Counselor to President Trump Kellyanne Conway blasted Democrats Monday for their "reflexively" negative reaction to the airstrike that killed top Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani. “This is a town now that is so incredibly partisan when it comes to President Trump. They are presumptively negative and reflexively critical, even when he’s taking out a terrorist who was caught in the act,” Conway told “Fox & Friends,” claiming that the killing of Soleimani prevented the deaths of Americans in the region. “This president put a stop to that,” Conway added. Conway's comments came after days of harsh criticism of Trump's decision, including...

On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” anchor Chris Wallace asked Secretary of State Mike Pompeo if the airstrike that killed Qasem Soleimani was a “big step back’ in President Donald Trump’s commitment to stop endless wars. Wallace asked, “Is the president pulling us out of endless wars in the Middle East, or with his action this week, did he take a big step back in?” Pompeo said, “Endless wars are the direct result of weakness, and President Trump will never let that happen. We are going to get our facilities as hardened as we can possibly get them...

Play Video Secretary of State Mike Pompeo offered a curt response to a question about whether President Trump's impeachment makes him appear vulnerable on the world stage. "You should ask Mr. Soleimani," Pompeo answered Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace this weekend. "I understand that," Wallace said before asking again if Trump could be seen as weak by foreign nations as a result of Democrats seeking to remove him from office. "I don't," Pompeo said. "Our adversaries understand that President Trump and our administration will do the right thing to protect the American people every place that we find risk."...

On Friday’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” Chris Wallace the anchor of “Fox News Sunday,” pointed out both former presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama did not order Quds Force Supreme Commander Qasem Soleimani be killed in an airstrike when they had the opportunity to do so. Wallace said, “Both President Obama and President Bush had the options at several points to take out Soleimani, and they decided as much as they hated him, not to do that because they were worried how the Iranians would respond to that. That is the concern. They talked about harsh...

A rather shocking Fox News poll released Sunday found far greater support for Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s proposed wealth tax than for President Donald Trump’s southern border wall. The poll notes that 1,000 randomly selected voters were surveyed between Dec. 8-11 and 68% of them supported Warren’s wealth tax, which is the highest for any Democratic proposals, while just 26% said they were against it.The fact that a strong majority of people would like to see the wealthy taxed more isn’t a big surprise. The surprising part of the poll was how the general public as a whole feels about Trump’s long-promised...

What in the hell is going on at Fox News? – On Monday, Fox News came out with yet another poll whose findings are, to say the least, difficult to explain. The poll, conducted by Braun Research out of Princeton, NJ, finds that voters favor the impeachment and removal of President Donald Trump by a margin of 50% to 46%. The poll’s sample of “1000 registered voters” was conducted from December 8 through December 11, basically a week ago. Four other current polls, by Qunnipiac, CNN, NPR/PBS/Marist and USA Today/Suffolk – all notoriously slanted in favor of Democrats – all...

It takes a full hour for “Bombshell” to resemble an actual movie. Until that point, it’s a screeching op-ed against all things Fox News, real and imagined. The “real” part is the sexual harassment Fox News founder Roger Ailes inflicted on female employees. The imagined? Well, that’s a laundry list of far-left talking points against the network, conservatives and a certain Commander in Chief. Once the film clears its throat, and that literally takes 60 minutes, “Bombshell” morphs into a competent, often compelling tale of a harasser’s insidious web.
