Transportation Security Administration spokeswoman Sari Koshetz says after the dog alerted officers at around 7 p.m. Tuesday, the facility was evacuated and explosives experts were brought in. MIAMI (WSVN) -- The bomb squad is on the scene of a suspicious package that forced the closure of a busy road and the evacuation of two nearby office buildings. Late Tuesday morning, Miami Police blocked Southwest Eighth Street between 49th Avenue and 51st Court, as the Miami Bomb Squad arrived to investigate the package found inside an Avianca express van in the area.
