Sen. Marco Rubio tells ABC News Republicans are making a mistake by jumping on allegedly hacked emails released by Wikileaks to criticize Hillary Clinton. In fact, he says he won’t talk about the hacked emails at all. "As our intelligence agencies have said, these leaks are an effort by a foreign government to interfere with our electoral process and I will not indulge it,” Rubio tells ABC news. "Further, I want to warn my fellow Republicans who may want to capitalize politically on these leaks: Today it is the Democrats. Tomorrow it could be us."

A Democratic operative whose organization was helping Hillary Clinton's campaign announced Tuesday that he would be "stepping back" from the campaign after an edited video suggested that he and other staffers hired people to attend Donald Trump's campaign rallies and incite violence.

Earlier today we wrote about a new Project Veritas undercover video that uncovered several democratic operatives openly discussing, in explicit detail, how to commit massive voter fraud. One of the operatives was a person by the name of Robert Creamer who is a co-founder of a democratic consulting firm called Democracy Partners. Within the video, an undercover journalist details a plan to register Hispanic voters illegally by having them work as contractors, to which Creamer can be heard offering support saying that “there are a couple of organizations that that’s their big trick" (see: "Rigging Elections For 50 Years" -...

GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump announced on Tuesday his intention to push for a constitutional amendment setting term limits for members of both chambers of Congress. Speaking to a crowd at a campaign rally in Colorado Springs, Trump spoke about his desire to “break the cycle of corruption” in Washington, D.C. if he elected president. The GOP nominee told the crowd it was time to “drain the swamp” of special interests. He recited portions of his newly unveiled ethics reform proposals and then told the crowd another major announcement which is part of his plan. “If I am elected president,...

Yesterday we noted the release of Part 1 of a multi-part video series created by Project Veritas revealing some of the dirty, behind-the-scenes secrets of the democratic party. Part 1 was dedicated to uncovering plots by democratic operatives to incite violence at Trump rallies, a strategy they referred to as "bird dogging" (we provided a full summary here: "Undercover Footage Shows Clinton Operatives Admit To Inciting "Anarchy" At Trump Rallies"). It didn't take long for yesterday's video to claim it's first casualty as Scott Foval, the National Field Director for Americans United for Change, was fired shortly after the video's...

Cutting the Internet cord on Julian Assange has not silenced the WikiLeaks mastermind, who likely has multiple backup systems in place to ensure his reign of terror on the politically powerful continues long after he loses web access. Assange has been holed up in the Ecuadorean Embassy in London for five years, but Wikileaks managed on Tuesday to unleash yet another massive dump of emails hacked from key Hillary Clinton aide John Podesta. Those disclosures came a day after his international hacktivist group said their leader's access to the cyber world was severed by the South Ameerican government.

In two new undercover videos obtained by Project Veritas Democratic Party workers openly talked about “dirty tricks.” In Florida, Wylie Mao, a field organizer for the Clinton campaign said that ripping up registration forms from Republicans would be “cool strategy. It works on several levels. Every Republican we sign up can be completely neutralized as a voting threat. He thinks we’ve turned in his registration form. So he doesn’t go and register with the County Recorder on his own. He tootles along until election day when he tries to vote. Since his name isn’t on the official list the best...

James O’Keefe has claimed his first scalp since releasing his latest bombshell undercover video. Scott Foval, the National Field Director of Americans United for Change--who can be seen in the video bragging about paying homeless and mentally ill individuals to cause disruptions at political events--has been fired from the organization. Americans United For Change made the announcement in a statement from the group's president. "Americans United for Change has always operated according to the highest ethical standards," said Brad Woodhouse, President of Americans United For Change. "Scott Foval is no longer associated with Americans United for Change." O'Keefe took note...

Donald Trump's latest campaign turmoil hasn't just hurt his own chances for election, but it also appears to be hurting Republican chances of retaining control of the House of Representatives and Senate. The PredictIt market shows that the odds that Democrats will retake the House have jumped to 27%, up from 15% on Friday. Now the PredictIt market sees just a 39% chance the GOP will win at least 50 Senate seats and just 17% odds that they'll win 51 seats, enough to potentially block a tiebreaking vote by Tim Kaine, Hillary Clinton's running mate. Meanwhile, the latest prices show...

After seeing reports last week that his campaign was pulling out of Virginia, Donald Trump picked up the phone and called his Virginia state director Mike Rubino to deliver a very clear message: he will not withdraw, and will give Rubino whatever resources needed to win the Old Dominion. To back that up, CNN is told the Trump campaign plans to go on the air with television ads in Virginia starting Tuesday in what campaign officials say is a $2 million buy in “key markets” through election day. Sources familiar with that conversation tell CNN that Trump was not happy...

This ominous tweet of "more" with the above link was just sent out by the Drudge Report. There is a disclosure once you hit the link. Maybe some can make heads or tails of it: "Hillary Rodham Clinton served as U.S. Secretary of State from January 21, 2009 to February 1, 2013. The FBI conducted an investigation into allegations that classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on a personal e-mail server she used during her tenure."

Not sure if this is for real - could someone can verify for me. I'm going to fill it out and send it on the chance that it is.

The former Speaker of the House didn’t hold back in describing the truth of what is now happening to the election process in America, including those who are responsible, and how Donald Trump is the only figure in the modern era of American politics, who has taken the corrupt, colluding machine head on.

The latest poll from ABC News and the Washington Post says the race is a statistical tie, with Clinton leading by only four points in a poll with a four-point margin of error. Clinton’s lead is the same in a head-to-head matchup, or with independent candidates factored in. In a two-way race, ABC News/WaPo reports Clinton 50 percent, Trump 46 percent. With all four candidates in the mix, it’s Clinton 47 percent, Trump 43 percent, Libertarian Gary Johnson 5 percent, and the Green Party’s Jill Stein two percent. The survey was conducted between October 10 and October 13, with a...
