Police said officer-worn bodycam footage shows the moment McCray suddenly delivered a "sucker punch" to an officer’s face, breaking his nose in the "unprovoked" assault." Officers can be seen rushing to pull McCray to the ground and put him in handcuffs. McCray was charged with felony second-degree assault on a police officer and other charges. He was held at a county jail – until his bail application hearing. While the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office requested a significant amount of bail, the department said McCray "convinced" a county court judge to release him until his next court date "by issuing...

Outraged Italians are groping themselves in unsettling videos in protest of a judge’s ruling that unwanted touching that lasts less than 10 seconds isn’t a crime. The controversial ruling resulted in the acquittal of a man who admitted to fondling a school girl, but argued he’d only been joking. Men and women alike in Italy have taken to Instagram and TikTok to post the clips, in which they stare stone-faced at the camera while groping their breasts and chests alongside a timer counting down from 10 seconds. In others, they continuously caress themselves for nine seconds, only to stop just...

@HennepinAtty @MaryMoriarty couldn't find a reason to hold the suspect Daquan Stephen Rogers, 29, in custody. He's been released without charges despite another open case involving brawling charged by Metro Transit last month and a history of cases involving transit crimes and assaults. Of course, he was tossed plea deals in the assault cases dismissing the violent crime charges. Free to go on his merry way. (Video at link, warning, every disturbing)

A judge ruled that a transgender woman could not have indecently exposed her penis in a YMCA female changing room after agreeing with her claim that she's too fat for it to be visible. Darren Glines, who now goes by Rachel, was found not guilty of three counts of indecent exposure at the facility in Xenia, Ohio. Judge David McNamee cleared Glines after agreeing that the size of her belly meant it would be impossible for anyone to see her penis. Glines, 31, has had several complaints made against her dating back to 2021 – with at least three people...

Two teachers challenging the constitutionality of compelled antiracism training have been ordered to pay nearly $313,000 in their Missouri school district's legal fees, under a ruling their lawyers called "overtly hostile" and "meant to scare off future lawsuits by parents and teachers." The Southeastern Legal Foundation is appealing U.S. District Judge Douglas Harpool's summary judgment in favor of Springfield Public Schools and the six-figure award against their clients Brooke Henderson and Jennifer Lumley, according to an 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals notice Friday. The public interest litigation firm "has never faced attorney fees sanctions for challenging unconstitutional government action...

Bronx judge rips grieving mom before cutting her son’s accused killer loose A soft-on-crime Bronx judge ripped a grieving mom in court before cutting her teen son’s accused killer free without bail, court records obtained by The Post show. Bronx Criminal Court Judge Naita Semaj on Wednesday refused to delay the arraignment of ex-con Tyresse Minter for just a few minutes so that the heartbroken mom of teen victim Corde Scott could face the accused killer, according to court transcripts. “What does that have to do with what we’re doing here?” Semaj snapped at Bronx prosecutor Christopher Conway when he...

A Houston teen has been accused of slamming a mother of three into the ground during a “jugging” robbery that left the victim paralyzed — and he appeared this week in court, where he had his bond slashed in half to $100,000. Joseph Harrell, 17, was ordered held last week on $200,000 bond following the harrowing, caught-on-camera Feb. 13 attack that left Nhung Truong unable to walk, Fox News reported. Prosecutors had asked for the $200,000 bond because he had just been released on a $100 bond on Jan. 26 on an unlawful carrying of a weapon charge. But his...

Remember when they told us "we're coming for your children" and we were supposed to laugh it off? You know how the evangelical-lite crowd told us that it was ridiculous to think that the state would separate parents from children over the gender issue? Well, welcome to 2022! It's happening RIGHT NOW. Indiana parents lose custody after court rules not ‘affirming’ child’s gender identity is ‘abuse’ The father testified at the initial hearing that the parents cannot affirm their child’s transgender identity or use their child’s preferred pronouns because of their religious beliefs.
