A councilman of a South Carolina town was arrested Saturday after he assaulted a police officer who pulled over the politician’s wife following an altercation at a McDonald’s, the St. George Police Department said. KINGSTON (WATE) - Roane County officials are looking to clarify the rules after state Rep. Julia Hurley (R-Lenoir City) was kicked out of the Roane County Courthouse for taking her dog in with her.
