Yesterday the Obama administration announced through the Treasury Department that the employer mandate in the law requiring businesses with 50 or more employees to provide health insurance is being delayed until 2015 (after the 2014 midterm elections). The employer mandate was originally set to start in 2014 but it seems Democrats are extremely worried about another 2010 slaughter as a result of the legislation. But yesterday in response to Speaker John Boehner calling ObamaCare a train wreck, DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz argued that the delay of the mandate means the law is here to stay "for the long haul."...

Deandre Poole will return to Florida Atlantic University after being placed on administrative leave.Florida Atlantic University has reinstated an instructor who had students stomp on pieces of paper with "Jesus" written on them as part of a lesson. The school announced Friday that 32-year-old Deandre Poole would return to teach summer classes, as well as the next academic year. The Palm Beach Post reports that he will only teach online through the rest of 2013 because of safety concerns. DNC: Nearly $500,000 of equipment was lost or stolen in Charlotte To stage last year’s Democratic National Convention, the local host committee raised millions of dollars, much of it for computers, phones and other communication devices. Now it appears a sizable amount of that equipment was lost, stolen – or perhaps kept by the staffers it had been assigned to. The Democratic National Convention Committee said it recently sent the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department a spreadsheet detailing $496,000 worth of missing equipment. The recruitment drive to join the Ku Klux Klan in Covington, Ga., is in full swing again as residents are being urged to join the brotherhood of White supremacists via fliers dropped outside their homes, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Bauer, said during the 2012 election that voter ID laws are a Republican tactic to suppress lawful votes. Out-of-state donors have apparently been very generous to one of the candidates for Governor of Virginia. Even though he claimed recently that three-quarters of his campaign contributors are Virginians, new campaign finance reports show that Democrat Terry McAuliffe has gotten nearly 80-percent of his money from donors outside Virginia. The nonpartisan "Virginia Public Access Project" found that in the first quarter of this year, McAuliffe accepted nearly 700-thousand dollars from labor unions and other groups in DC. Another one-point-two million came from donors in New York, Chicago, and L-A -- and the effort was helped by former president Bill Clinton.

Tina Baldwin, whose daughter, Ashley, worked up to 50 hours a week at Kermit Gosnell's abortion clinic starting at age 15, testified to the Grand Jury that Gosnell treated white women much better than he did "poor women of color." This included everything from how the patients were sedated to the only clean waiting room. Even when Gosnell was in the building, he did not oversee the administration of anesthesia -- except when the patient was white.

During an appearance on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) said expanded background checks are "not enough," and private gun sales cannot continue because they allow terrorists to buy guns in the United States. "Can a terrorist currently buy a gun in this country? Yes. Can a felon? Yes. You go to a gun show and virtually no questions are asked," Feinstein claimed.
