A 60-foot-wide sinkhole formed under a resort in central Florida late Sunday, forcing guests out of their rooms as one three-story building collapsed and another slowly sank. Guests at the Summer Bay Resort in Clermont, about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, called for help before the collapse, saying they heard loud noises and windows cracking. Organizations condemn the movie for using the facial feature to make a character appear more evil. Disney's The Lone Ranger is facing a fresh round of controversy over one of its characters, but this time Johnny Depp's portrayal of a Native American isn't the subject of the outrage. Instead, charities are upset that William Fichtner's Butch Cavendish features a cleft lip, a prosthetic that may have been added in part to make him appear more sinister. According to the character synopsis, Cavendish's "terribly scarred face is a perfect reflection of the bottomless pit that passes for his soul."

The Marvel Studios panel at San Diego Comic-Con ended with writer-director Joss Whedon taking the stage at Hall H to announce the official title of Marvel's The Avengers 2, which is ... Avengers: Age of Ultron! You may know that "Age of Ultron" is a relatively recent Marvel Comics storyline so it'll be interesting to see how much they cull from that for the big screen sequel to the 2012 blockbuster. Forecasters are now estimating the film will lose $150-200 million. That’s a lot of mouse food. But the studio might not be the only one whose bank balance suffers. Many industry insiders are now questioning whether its star Johnny Depp – front and center in “The Lone Ranger” marketing campaign – will be worth his $20 million plus per-movie salary going forward.
