The FBI previously declassified Huma’s 302 summary from her 2016 interview with Peter Strzok and David Laufman. Hillary’s ride-or-die aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills both lied to Strzok and Laufman. Abedin lied to Strzok in her 2016 interview when said she had no knowledge of Hillary Clinton’s private server until after leaving the State Department in early 2013. “Abedin did not know that Clinton had a private server until about a year and a half ago when it became public knowledge,” according to Strzok’s 302 summary interview with Huma. Email exchanges between Huma Abedin and other Clinton aides in...

Yesterday’s hearing on Capitol Hill featuring FBI agent Peter Strzok quickly turned into a political firefight among lawmakers, but overall it was a damning illustration of the toxic culture that exists within the Washington, D.C., beltway. At one point, Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy confronted the former investigator over some anti-Trump texts he had sent. In 2016, after FBI lawyer Lisa Page asked Strzok if Trump would ever become the president, his response was, “No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it.” Republican committee members read a number of Strzok’s vitriolic texts about Donald Trump and his supporters, and at one...

Suffice to say it’s not a good look when lawyers representing the FBI are telling the central witness within a political conspiracy involving the FBI not to answer questions from congressional oversight. House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte tells Martha MacCallum that FBI lawyers are instructing FBI Agent Peter Strzok not to answer questions from congress about the nature of his involvement within a DOJ/FBI conspiracy to stop a political candidate; and later to overthrow a presidency. Additionally Chairman Goodlatte states the answers agent Strzok did give about his text messages was “not believable”.

Dirty Cop James Comey KILLED immunity deal with Julian Assange. Assange could have revealed where the leaked Wikileaks email came from. Comey killed it. Julian Assange has repeatedly said his source for the Podesta emails WAS NOT the Russian government. Despite this the Deep State launched a bogus investigation to smear President Trump and bring down his administration. It’s time for a reckoning. The Hill‘s John Solomon broke the news on Monday night.

Narcotics Detective Kyle Willett made the 10-minute drive to a McDonald's drive-thru for sweet tea and cheeseburgers before returning to work — and doing something no one expected. Alone in his white Chevrolet Tahoe — outside the UPS global shipping hub where he worked with an elite task force to intercept drug shipments — Willett tore the packing tape off a box, pried open a metal safe and stole piles of cash totaling about $40,000. But the Louisville Metro Police veteran, well trained in exposing criminals' missteps, made an elementary mistake of his own. He used his credit card for...

An FBI agent joked about how a witness who lied in the Hillary Clinton email investigation would never be charged, according to a Justice Department inspector general report released Thursday. The witness had obviously lied to the FBI about handling sensitive information, the agent told one of his colleagues, but it didn’t matter, because regardless of what the Clinton associate said, the FBI wasn’t going to do “sh-t” about it. Here’s the exchange: FBI Employee: “boom…how did the [witness] go” Agent 1: “Awesome. Lied his -ss off. Went from never inside the scif [sensitive compartmented information facility] at res, to...

The FBI will make its employees undergo bias training, Director Christopher Wray promised Thursday, in one of a number of steps he said they’ll take to try to prevent a repeat of problems that plagued the bureau during the 2016 election. Mr. Wray made the promise in response to the new inspector general’s report detailing the stream of text messages from two top FBI employees during the campaign. In one newly released email Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok told a paramour, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, that they would “stop” then-candidate Donald Trump from winning the presidency.

FBI agent Peter Strzok emailed the draft copy of the Anthony Weiner search warrant to himself on his private email address days before the election, which allowed him to make changes to the warrant without being detected by FBI documentation. This revelation came out in the Michael Horowitz inspector general report. If Strzok had printed out the draft warrant at his office, it would be subject to official FBI records. But instead he sent it to his private email on October 29, which allowed him to print it off at home. Insiders believe that Strzok showed the draft warrant...

Fired former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director James Comey used a private email account for government business while he was supposedly investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account and server for government business. Comey also deleted his Gmail messages. This revelation comes courtesy of the Michael Horowitz inspector general report, which finally came out Thursday after a long round of editing by some of the people named in the report. “We identified numerous instances in which Comey used a personal email account (Gmail account) to conduct FBI business. We cite five examples of such use in...

Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team have been aggressively pursuing former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, even tacking on new charges of obstruction of justice due to alleged attempted witness tampering. Although Mueller has been tight-lipped about evidence and witness identification up to this point, his team appears to have screwed up by outing journalists who “produced messages to the FBI” about Manafort’s alleged “coaching up” on lobbying practices. Manafort was indicted in D.C. back in October 2017 for alleged financial fraud and violating lobbying disclosure laws. There’s also a case against him in the Eastern District of Virginia...

John Brennan, who served as CIA director in the Obama administration, took a shot across the bow at President Trump after the president lashed out at Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for being “dishonest” and “weak." In a pointed tweet Sunday morning, Brennan said Trump is "a temporary aberration" whose impact on the U.S. will not last. "Your wrong-headed protectionist policies & antics are damaging our global standing as well as our national interests. Your worldview does not represent American ideals. To allies & friends: Be patient, Mr. Trump is a temporary aberration. The America you once knew will return,"...

The Justice Department's internal watchdog has concluded that James Comey defied authority at times during his tenure as FBI director, according to sources familiar with a draft report on the matter. One source told ABC News that the draft report explicitly used the word "insubordinate" to describe Comey's behavior. Another source agreed with that characterization but could not confirm the use of the term. In the draft report, Inspector General Michael Horowitz also rebuked former Attorney General Loretta Lynch for her handling of the federal investigation into Hillary Clinton's personal email server, the sources said. On Tuesday morning, President Donald...

Dirty Cop Rod Rosenstein knows his days at the Department of Justice are numbered. Rosenstein is a dead man walking – and being fired may be the least of his worries. In April The Gateway Pundit reported that the US is now in a constitutional crisis due to the unconstitutional and corrupt Mueller investigation kept in place by corrupt FBI and DOJ Leadership. Mueller’s illegal Trump-Russia investigation continues to take corrupt and unconstitutional actions while criminal activities in Obama’s FBI, DOJ and State Department are ignored. If there is justice, America will soon have a real investigation looking into the...

A new report indicates that fired FBI director James Comey was advised by members of the FBI to talk to special counsel Robert Mueller before testifying to Congress last year. Judicial Watch reports that even after Comey was fired, the FBI was working to help craft his testimony. In one email exchange, then-FBI chief of staff James Rybicki wrote to Andrew McCabe and other FBI officials with a drafted response to Comey, who had been communicating with FBI officials even in the weeks after his firing. There are three recommendations for Comey listed in the email, one of which recommends...
