On Election Day, people often tell their friends — in jest — to vote early and often. But a Brooklyn Park man is accused of taking that advice to heart. A felony charge filed Tuesday in Hennepin County District Court accuses Darin Randall Johnson, 34, of registering to vote and casting ballots in three different places in the November election.
