The National Bar Association is offering legal assistance to people arrested during weekend protests over the police shooting of a black man in Louisiana. Attorneys Al Perkins and Jarvis Antwine (AN-twahn) of Baton Rouge arrived at the East Baton Rouge Parish jail Sunday. They were accompanied by state Rep. Denise Marcelle, a Democrat from Baton Rouge.
