Joe Biden will travel to Houston on Monday to meet privately with the family of George Floyd and offer his condolences. The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee will also record a video message that will be shown at Floyd’s funeral on Tuesday, a Biden aide told the New York Times. Biden is not expected to attend the service because there were concerns his Secret Service detail could cause a disruption.
