The National Archives is claiming it has evidence that may undercut Trump’s claims that the presidential records he took to Mar-a-Lago were automatically declassified, according to a leak to CNN. Trump says the documents were declassified as soon as he took them to Mar-a-Lago. Acting Archivist Debra Steidel Wall however, claims there is evidence Trump and his advisors knew of a so-called declassification process. Steidel Wall sent Trump a letter informing him the National Archives are going to give Special Counsel Jack Smith 16 records which may prove the documents were not automatically declassified. And the witch hunt continues. CNN...

Former president Barack Obama quietly initiated a non-disclosure request to the National Archives regarding any and all items related to Joe Biden and Ukraine during Mr. Biden’s time as vice president. For some reason, the Obama administration wants the inquiry to end now. “This use of the special access process serves no legitimate purpose and does not outweigh or justify infringing confidentiality interests that all presidents have sought to protect” states the letter. Which of course begs the question of what both Obama and Biden are now hoping to hide as the Deep State walls appear to be crumbling amidst...

The National Records and Archive Administration's acting archivist, Debra Steidel Wall, said in a letter to Congress Thursday that her agency would not share any information with them regarding the Department of Justice probe into documents seized by the FBI from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida."I apologize if my response may not have been clear and thus caused confusion. My letter was not intended to deny the existence of such responsive documents or communications to Congress," Steidel Wall wrote to House Committee on Oversight and Reform ranking member Rep. James Comer, R-Ky. "Rather, its intent...

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) reportedly contradicted a White House claim that President Joe Biden had no advance knowledge of the FBI's Aug. 8 raid at former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort. On Monday, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon granted the Trump team's request for a special master in the legal dispute between Trump and the Justice Department.Judge Cannon also identified a springtime letter from the National Archives to Trump's legal team, with the conclusion reading, "NARA will provide the FBI access to the records in question, as requested by the incumbent President, beginning as early as Thursday, May...

The Biden administration sicced the FBI on 15 boxes containing classified information that the National Archives retrieved from Mar-a-Lago earlier this year — escalating the investigation of former President Donald Trump for allegedly mishandling secret government information, a newly published letter reveals. The May 10 missive by Acting Archivist Debra Steidel Wall to Trump attorney Evan Corcoran — published late Monday by JustTheNews — confirms that the White House counsel’s office, “affirming a request from the Department of Justice supported by an FBI letterhead memorandum,” asked the National Archives on April 11 to “provide the FBI access to the 15...
