He was 81.</p> <p>Dale’s bass player, Sam Bolle, confirmed his death to The Post on Sunday.</p> <p>“He was just the ultimate, original badass,” Bolle told The Post. “He was punk rock 30 years before there was punk rock.”</p>

TMZ reports his death certificate says he suffered cardiac arrest while he was a patient at a North Carolina hospital. There was no autopsy, and his body was cremated. Former Texas Rep. Ralph Hall, the oldest-ever member of the U.S. House and a man who claimed to have once sold cigarettes and Coca-Cola to the bank-robbing duo of Bonnie and Clyde, has died at age 95. Owen (born Ogg) passed away peacefully last Thursday while surrounded by friends and family at her home in Vermont, according to TMZ. Beverley originated the role of Marilyn Munster - the 'ugly' teenage niece of Frankenstein and a female vampire with a werewolf for a cousin - in the first season of the CBS sitcom. Mendonsa fell and had a seizure at the assisted living facility in Middletown, Rhode Island, where he lived with his wife of 70 years, his daughter, Sharon Molleur, told The Providence Journal.
