Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) says it is “imperative” for Democrats and Republicans to ram an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens through Congress before the GOP becomes the House majority. During a press conference this week, Castro urged House and Senate Republicans to sign onto any one of the various amnesty bills specifically geared to provide visas, green cards, and eventually naturalized American citizenship to millions of illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The program, which now has fewer than 600,000 enrollees, never offered a pathway to citizenship.

If passed, it would partially reverse Proposition 300, a ballot initiative passed by voters almost two decades ago that bars undocumented people from accessing a host of public services like childcare, adult education and in-state tuition. At a press event Friday, Republican Precinct Committeewoman Lisa Hoberg said the Proposition 308 was "common sense policy." "Dreamers are Arizona kids just like my son, we’ve educated them in our schools since they were children, and they now have a lot to offer our great state. This should not be a partisan issue," she told a group of reporters and proposition supporters in...

President Biden lashed out at a federal appeals court on Wednesday, after it ruled the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was illegally implemented by the Obama administration. In a statement, the president called the decision "unlawful" and urged Congress to make permanent legislative protections to help more than 600,000 immigrants currently protected by DACA. On Wednesday, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court’s three-judge panel determined the Obama administration lacked the authority to institute the DACA program. However, the court stopped short of judicially dismantling it and said DACA migrants could continue to receive legal protections.

President Joe Biden is preparing to sign an executive order protecting 600,000 illegal immigrants from deportation, NBC News reported Thursday, citing “people close to the White House.” The move is being made in advance of a decision from the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals regarding the future of the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. DACA protects illegal immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children — so-called Dreamers — from deportation and allows them access to work permits. As of December 2021, 611,470 migrants were protected under the program, according to the Migration Policy Insitute. The Fifth...

President Joe Biden marked the tenth anniversary of the DACA work permit giveaway by touting the migrants’ role in the U.S. economy, even as Americans’ wage gains fall below the inflation rate. “These young people contribute to our community in ways that are both big and small,” Biden said in a White House video about the foreign population in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, adding:

Former President George W. Bush met with illegal aliens this week to promote his amnesty and legal immigration expansion agenda, snubbing Angel Families who have lost loved ones to illegal alien crime in the process. On Tuesday, Bush and former first lady Laura Bush met with illegal aliens Gerardo Casas, Rebeca Gurrola, and Dip Patel — all of whom are enrolled in former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program — as well as mass migration advocates from Jewish Family Service of San Diego and the American Nursery & Landscape Association.

House Democrats passed a massive legislative budget this week that allows for members of Congress to hire illegal immigrants to work for them on Capitol Hill. The legislative funding bill "includes language to permit DACA recipients, Dreamers, to be able to work for Congress and other legislative branch agencies," Democratic Ohio Rep. Tim Ryan noted on the House floor Wednesday. In the U.S., there are an estimated 800,000 "Dreamers" – children brought to the U.S. illegally who were protected from deportation under an Obama-era program, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). A federal judge earlier this month ruled that DACA...

The Biden administration on Monday renewed efforts to shield hundreds of thousands of immigrants who came to the United States as young children from deportation, proposing to do so via regulation, the latest maneuver in a long-running drama over the policy’s legality. The proposed rule attempts to satisfy concerns of a federal judge in Houston who ruled in July that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program was illegal. It takes on heightened importance as prospects for legislation have dimmed. U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, an appointee of President George W. Bush, said the Obama administration overstepped its authority and...

On Friday, a federal judge in Texas blocked an Obama-era program protecting undocumented immigrants who arrived in the US as children from deportation, halting the program’s ability to accept new applicants and once again throwing the lives of more than 600,000 people into tumult. In his 77-page opinion, district court Judge Andrew Hanen concluded that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, is unlawful because it violates the Administrative Procedure Act, which governs federal rulemaking, by evading the normal “notice and comment” process in adopting new rules.Hanen’s decision doesn’t immediately affect the 616,030 people, often known as DREAMers, who...

A Texas federal judge on Friday ruled that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), an Obama-era policy that shields certain illegal immigrants from being deported, is unlawful and blocked new applications from being filed. U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen argued that the policy goes against the Constitution because Congress never provided the executive branch authorization to grant deportation reprieves to illegal immigrants in the United States. DACA, which was established in 2012 by President Barack Obama’s administration, has granted an estimated 800,000 individuals protection. After arguing that the Department of Homeland Security violated the Administrative Procedure Act, Hanen ruled...

WASHINGTON — A federal judge in Texas on Friday declared illegal the federal program that has allowed nearly 800,000 young people brought to the U.S. illegally as children avoid deportation and remain in the country. U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hanen in Brownsville, Texas, said the Obama administration failed to follow federal administrative rules in launching the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program in 2012. But he put the effect of most of his ruling on hold while the case is appealed.

Despite persistent and worsening polling on the Biden administration’s handling of immigration, two Senate Republicans on the Judiciary Committee are trying to make an amnesty deal. In a July 6 letter to Chairman Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), Sens. John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) requested that the committee schedule an executive business meeting for a bill to “offer permanent legal status to only currently enrolled and activate participants in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program”. -snip- Curiously, Cornyn and Tillis are advocating for a DACA amnesty despite calling the DACA policy unlawful.

Alex Marlow’s Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption exposes the financial ties between the New York Times and billionaires with an agenda to pass amnesty for illegal aliens in the United States. Marlow details the financial connections of the Times‘ shareholders and its agenda-pushing coverage. The book notes the timeline where Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim Helú became a shareholder in the Times while he and the newspaper lobbied lawmakers to pass amnesty for illegal aliens. An excerpt reads: If the establishment had an establishment—and it does—it is the New York Times. And it is...

HOUSTON, TX – The two MS-13 gang members who killed a 15-year-old girl as a sacrifice to the Saint of Death in 2017, have been convicted of murder and each sentenced to 40 years in prison. “This is a tragic case of a runaway girl falling into the clutches of a dangerous and violent gang,” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said. “We will not stop in our pursuit of violent criminals who band together to terrorize communities and murder innocents.” On Monday, just before jury selection was set to begin in his trial, Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 22, pleaded guilty to...

It was a crime that sent shockwaves through Houston in 2017: a 15-year-old girl murdered by gang members in a satanic sacrifice. On Wednesday, one of those killers was sentenced to 40 years in prison for the shooting death of Genesis Cornejo-Alvarado. The sentence was part of a plea bargain after Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 22, agreed to plead guilty just before jury selection was set to begin on Monday. “This is a tragic case of a runaway girl falling into the clutches of a dangerous and violent gang,” District Attorney Kim Ogg said. “We will not stop in our pursuit of...

Bahena Rivera testified that two masked men wielding a gun and a knife appeared in his living room after he finished taking a shower and ordered him into his car, a black Chevy Malibu. He said one man got in behind him and the other next to him. He testified that he followed their orders to drive and then stop near a jogger, whom he now recognizes was Tibbetts. Bahena Rivera's demeanor remained mostly calm during the stunning testimony until he described how the two masked men said "they knew Iris [Gamboa, the mother of his daughter] and my daughter"...

'At his hundred-day mark, Biden is the most liberal president we’ve had — and the public thinks he’s a moderate. That’s a winning strategy to me.' =============================================================== Democrats seem to believe Americans are so gullible and stupefied that friendly reporters can openly quote the left gloating about how they lie, steal, and cheat to get power. We saw it in February with a bombshell Time magazine article crowing about Democrats’ successful “conspiracy” to rig the 2020 election through aggressive lawsuits, a compliant corporate media, and the ability to deploy rioters. Big tech still chokes people on the right who make...

Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) says the United States Senate should pass an amnesty for illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for former President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program as a stand-alone piece of legislation. This week, as Breitbart News reported, Cornyn and Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) led a meeting with 12 other Senate Republicans and Democrats to explore the possibility of giving amnesty to 3.5 million enrolled and eligible DACA illegal aliens. -snip- “I would like to find a permanent solution for the DACA young people. I’m no longer comfortable using them to leverage other immigration provisions,”...
