When you say “common sense” we know that’s just a term of art. We know you are lying. When you say “we don’t want to take away your guns” we know you are lying. When you say “we support the Second Amendment” we know you are lying. When you say “we only want some guns” we know you are lying. We are quite able to look around and see what has happened to the people who believed that they were just agreeing to some “common sense” gun laws.
