onald Trump has delivered bombs to the West enemies. Obama shipped pallets of cold, hard cash to Iran in a ransom deal that will do nothing to crimp the mullahs' mischief while further heightening Israel's jeopardy. Guess which president the media paints as the wise and heroic leader? cashSo President Trump bombed Syria’s Shayrat air force base on April 7 with 59 cruise missiles. Compare and contrast with President Obama’s “bombing”[1] of Tehran in January, 2016, with pallet-loads of European banknotes totalling $US1.7b. There was $400 million in Swiss franc notes and $1.3b in Euro notes. Obama had organized the...

Donald Trump is losing to Ted Cruz in Iowa, and he thinks it's yuuuge problem. A Des Moines Register poll taken over the weekend has Cruz up 10 points on Trump, “a 21 percentage-point leap that smashes records for upsurges in recent Iowa caucuses history.†Trump is hitting back though in typical Trumpian fashion. Seizing leaked comments from Cruz at a meeting of donors as an excuse to go on the attack, Trump took to twitter to vent.  Looks like @tedcruz is getting ready to attack. I am leading by so much he must. I hope so, he will fall...

Rush Limbaugh said today on his radio show that Donald Trump’s attack on Ted Cruz over the weekend, calling him a ‘maniac’ given the way he’s dealt with McConnell and others in the Senate, is not an attack a genuine conservative would make and it has raised a red flag for him: While I would certainly vote for Trump if he were the nominee, I’ve never thought he was a genuine conservative. But I do think he’s tried in some ways to bridge his positions with conservatism and I think he generally leans in that direction. At the end of...

UPDATE: Republican presidential hopeful Sen. Ted Cruz, of Texas, has overtaken businessman Donald Trump with seven weeks remaining before the Iowa caucuses, according to the latest Loras College Poll, the results of which were released today. Cruz topped Trump, 29.7 percent to 23.4, as the first-choice candidate among the 499 likely Republican caucus participants surveyed Dec. 7-10. Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson and Florida Senator Marco Rubio were the only other candidates with double-digit support as a first choice — Carson at 10.8 percent and Rubio at 10.6. Conservative Iowa Congressman Steve King and noted Iowa evangelical leader Bob Vander Plaats...

In case you missed it yesterday, here’s Trump doing his version of “I know you are but what am I?†after Cruz got caught on audio at a fundraiser questioning Trump’s judgment. (Cruz already laughed off the “maniac†line on Twitter last night.) I’ve seen righties on social media today scoffing at the idea that this criticism, indicting Cruz for not getting along with the rest of the Senate, will do Cruz any harm. Voters hate Congress, especially tea-party voters. How does it damage Cruz to remind them that he shares that hatred? Okay, but Trump’s pitching himself to...

Neurotic as a voter classification is extremely unlikely to be used by the Cruz Campaign, but that is the designation wielded without qualification or explanation by WaPo' s Tom Hamburger in Cruz campaign credits psychological data and analytics for its rising success. I smell a big, stinking, plague-flea bearing rat. As I did when I guessed that the man who made Lb1 Billion by betting against the British Pound, George Soros, was behind the 99% Occupy Wall St. Mass Delusion brainwashing campaign, 3 days before Google censorship would allow news items to pass through about it.Hamburger' s disinformation sausage does...

For months, Donald Trump has led the most successful push back against the Republican Establishment in recent history. For good measure, he has set political correctness back a few decades – and also taught conservatives and Republicans that they need not fear the media. All of which are remarkable and important. All of those are part of the reason for even running the "Rove-Stupid" series of article. Conservatives owe him a debt for all this, even if he were to accomplish nothing else. These wonderful assaults have all come from the right. This is why I would support Trump against...

Shortly after Ted Cruz told GOP power brokers that Trump lacked the "judgement" to be president, Kellyanne Conway-- who runs Cruz's Keep the Promise I super PAC– defended RNC plans to strip Trump of the nomination at a brokered convention-- even if he wins the majority of votes and plurality of delegates... KC: No, it's not cheating. ... Chris Matthews: The candidate who gets the plurality of votes-- the most votes...should be the nominee? KC: No, I'd have to look at the math.

Sen. Ted Cruz is planning to use a highway funding bill to add sink a long-term Iran nuclear deal reached earlier this month. The Texas Republican, who is running for president, will offer an amendment to the bipartisan, six-year roads bill that "ensures no Iranian nuclear deal unless Iran recognizes Israel and frees American hostages," his office said on Tuesday.
