RIO VISTA, Texas -- The suspect in a horrific drunk driving accident that claimed the life of a young mother has now drawn the attention of federal immigration officials. Candido Martinez-Ramirez, 32, is in a Johnson County jail cell after recently being arrested for intoxication manslaughter by Rio Vista police. Former Florida Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown reported to federal prison Monday to start her five year sentence for multiple crimes, including tax fraud and corruption.
