While serving as Secretary of State, “t was not uncommon for (Hillary) Clinton to use a new BlackBerry for a few days and then immediately switch it out for an older version with which she was more familiar,†the FBI said. (AP File Photo) (CNSNews.com) - The FBI says its investigation identified “13 total mobile devices†associated with Hillary Clinton's “two known†phone numbers, both in the D.C. area code 212. All 13 of those devices “potentially were used to send emails†through Clinton's personal email server, but the FBI was unable to acquire or examine any of those devices,...

THE FALL OF ROME was a culmination of external and internal factors. GREAT WALL OF CHINA By 220AD, the Later Eastern Han Dynasty had extended sections of the Great Wall of China along its Mongolian border. This resulted in the Northern Huns attacking west instead of east. This caused a domino effect of tribes migrating west across Central Asia, and overrunning the Western Roman Empire. OPEN BORDERS Illegal immigrants poured across the Roman borders: Visigoths, Ostrogoths, Franks, Anglos, Saxons, Alemanni, Thuringians, Rugians, Jutes, Picts, Burgundians, Lombards, Alans, Vandals, as well as African Berbers and Arab raiders. Will and Ariel Durant...

Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, will appear tonight at 8:00 PMEDT on C-Span's Q&A to discuss his book "Clean House: Exposing the Government's Secrets and Lies" and his work in investigating the corruption of the Obama administration. Obama has been pretty much able to stone wall congress and other governmental investigators trying to look at his malfeasance in such areas as the IRS, Hillary's secret server, and Benghazi. Judicial Watch has been aggressive and effective in using the courts to shake free information that otherwise we wouldn't have regarding the emails and other corruption. Fitton should provide some interesting...

Newly released FBI documents detailing the bureau’s investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails reveal the aide who would likely follow her into the White House as chief counsel was central to a cover-up of evidence sought by investigators. Yet despite signs Clinton’s former chief of staff Cheryl Mills obstructed efforts by investigators to obtain Clinton’s emails, the FBI invited Mills to attend Hillary’s interview at FBI headquarters as one of her lawyers. “It’s absolutely outrageous,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “The FBI saw massive document destruction and clear intent to withhold material evidence,” he added, “and...

This is a great video parody based on Michael Jackson's "Beat it" song, entitled "Delete it"; about Ms. Hillary & Bill conspiring to delete her incriminating emails.

President Obama holds the highest office in the United States. He has a law degree from Harvard Law and was a former editor of the Harvard Law Review. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton holds a law degree from Yale University. Despite the legal background of the President and former Secretary of State, both seem to be winking at the serious legal issues surrounding the former Democratic National Committee Chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz.Wasserman Schultz has been sued along with the DNC in the Federal District Court of South Florida, where the lead plaintiff, Carol Wilding, resides. The lawsuit is on behalf of...

A number of Hillary Clinton’s private emails were erased weeks after The New York Times published a story reporting on her use of a private email server while secretary of State, according to notes from the FBI's investigation released on Friday. [Snip] The deletion took place between March 25 and March 31, the FBI learned in a May 3 interview. The name of the person who deleted the emails was redacted from the FBI’s notes. Melania Trump has filed a blockbuster $150 million lawsuit against the The Daily Mail and a US-based blog claiming they defamed her when they reported that she worked for an escort service, multiple reports said Thursday. And the British newspaper blinked just hours later, retracting its story and apologizing to the wife of GOP nominee Donald Trump. Charles Harder, Melania Trump’s lawyer, hammered the news outlets. “These defendants made several statements about Mrs. Trump that are 100 percent false and tremendously damaging to her personal and professional reputation,” he said in a statement. The suit was filed against the paper...

The Navy officer in the picture below got a lot of attention back in May when he accompanied Hillary to a Memorial Day parade in her home town of Chappaqua, NY. Many online questioned whether Hillary had paid an actor to convince voters she had military supporters. Turns out, that Navy officer is retired Chief Culinary Specialist, Oscar Flores, of the U.S. Navy Reserve, and he seems to have an unusually close relationship with the Clintons. Flores originally served as Bill's White House Chef but has stuck with the Clintons over the years and currently serves as their "Director of...

She's served the Jacksonville area in Congress for over 20 years. Facing a new district map and a federal indictment, 12-term incumbent Democrat Corrine Brown has lost narrowly to former State Representative and State Senator Al Lawson in Tuesday's primary for the District 5 Congressional seat. Lawson will now face Republican Glo Smith in November.

Is there more to the Benghazi story than it appears? It’s hard to believe that after multiple investigations spanning the nearly four years since the attack in Libya killed four Americans, there might be any new information to be found. But the State Department now says that the FBI has found 30 deleted emails from Hillary Clinton related to the incident. Clinton turned over some 55,000 emails to the State Department after leaving office, having sorted them into work and personal emails; she says the personal emails were deleted. But emails keep popping up—some from lawsuits brought my accountability groups...

Cook County Chief Judge Timothy Evans, who has come under criticism for his handling of allegations that one of his law clerks put on a robe and heard cases, has fired the clerk, his office announced Tuesday. In a terse, three-paragraph statement, Evans' office said that Rhonda Crawford "is no longer employed as a law clerk/staff attorney" assigned to the south suburban Markham courthouse. The statement said that judicial rules prevented Evans from commenting further on the matter. Crawford has worked for Evans' office since 2011 and made about $57,000 a year. In March, Crawford defeated two opponents in the...

A former Chicago transportation official was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison for taking bribes to steer $100 million in red-light camera contracts to a company in Phoenix. U.S. District Judge Virginia Kendall sentenced John Bills, 55, in Chicago moments after he apologized for his actions. Federal prosecutors had asked the judge for at least a 10-year prison sentence. The former second-in-command at Chicago's Department of Transportation was convicted in January of bribery, conspiracy and extortion. Bills was accused of accepting envelopes stuffed with cash, along with gifts — including condos in two states and a Mercedes — to...

UBS, the world's largest wealth manager, is facing embarrassment over fresh revelations going back to the tax investigation that led to the collapse of Swiss banking secrecy. Two significant events are looming before UBS. The first is the possibility of a public trial in France, featuring UBS whistleblower Bradley Birkenfeld, concerning historic tax evasion allegedly orchestrated by the bank. That could happen this year. The other is the publication this October of Birkenfeld's scathing new book, Lucifer's Banker, which covers his time at UBS. The tax evasion controversy, which was first highlighted in 2005, subsequently involved the US Department of...

It’s called the “tick tock” email, just recently released by Wikileaks. The email shows Hillary Clinton’s office outlining how Mrs. Clinton must be given full credit for what took place in Libya before and after the fall of the Gaddafi regime – a fall that resulted in a missing 1.5 billion dollars sent to Libya by Hillary Clinton, the subsequent death of four Americans, including the first U.S. ambassador to die on duty in more than thirty years, and thousands more deaths as Libya descended into anarchy. And it was all done after the House of Saud wished it so...

Hillary Clinton is not above the law.But Hillary Clinton has a demonstrated record of showing contempt for the rule of law. She refused to tell the truth about the deadly Benghazi terrorist attack that took place on her watch as Secretary of StateShe violated the law and avoided accountability by using secret email accounts as Secretary of StateShe abused her public office to funnel money to personal accounts – much of which is now sloshing around her vanity “charity” that could be renamed “The Clinton Corruption Foundation.” This is all unacceptable. In this country our leaders are bound by the rule...
