Bernie Sanders’ campaign manager, Jeff Weaver, on Monday criticized a Hillary Clinton campaign fundraising scheme that state party leaders told Politico has been used as a self-serving “money-laundering” conduit. In two states over the weekend Cruz's "ground game" steamrolled state conventions following losses in those state primaries, putting overwhelming majorities of delegates on the state slate that support Ted. A Park County deputy was shot and killed during a shootout with a suspect at a home in Bailey. Two other deputies, also with Park County, were injured. Their injuries are not life threatening. The Park County Sheriff's Office says the shootout involved the three deputies and one suspect. The suspect was also shot and killed.

More than two-thirds of Americans want the presidential nomination processes to be changed and more than half say the systems are “rigged,” a new poll found. The Reuters/Ipsos poll released Wednesday found that 51 percent of likely voters believe the primary system is “rigged” against some candidates. And 71 percent say parties should pick their presidential nominees with a direct vote, instead of using delegates.
