    The communications director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) tried to smear conservative talk radio host Mark Levin Thursday by alleging that outside groups spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to make his book a best-seller, which they did not. Levin responded by saying he would hold Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and NRSC Chairman Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) personally responsible for the 'intimidation tactics.'

    With the remarkable, come-from-behind victory of Christine O’Donnell in Delaware, defeating Michael “More of the Same” Castle, we are seeing stories that the prospects for a Republican takeover of the House are now in serious danger. Hogwash! Currently, there is an element out there in the Republican Party that no longer speaks for me. These people do not share my interests; they do not represent my values. Moreover, this element absolutely hates the millions of fine, patriotic, law-abiding American citizens who make up the Tea Party.

    Whenever anyone mentions the 2012 election, inevitably the name of former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney becomes a topic of conversation. And when it comes to polling data, Romney is often seen as a front-runner, forecasted to be stronger than the current occupant of the Oval Office, Barack Obama. Increasingly, many of those in the Republican Party think Mitt is the GOP’s “go-to” guy in the next election.
