Asian-American groups don't like the increased public scrutiny that Hillary Clinton's mysterious Chinese dishwasher donors are getting. To which I say, in words that should be universally understood: Boo-hoo. In the wake of eye-opening investigations by the New York Post and Los Angeles Times of more dubious foreign funny money flowing into Hillary's coffers, ethnic grievance organizations are stepping forward to condemn these stories as examples of "negligent journalism." Yep. The newspapers are guilty of "negligence" because they actually broke news instead of covering it up. Both papers uncovered dishwashers, cooks and other suspect Hillary campaign contributors in New York's...

WATCH HILLARY DISCUSS HER DARTMOUTH WINTER CARNIVAL BLIND DATE AT SPAGO. HILLARY UNCENSORED TO BE SHOWN AT DARTMOUTH ON OCT. 27 Hillary remembers nothing of what was discussed at Spago? The blind date got drunk. He was a California surfer, and Peter knew the guy. In freezing winter, he stripped down to his swimming trunks, got his surfboard, and tried to surf the golf course moguls. Everyone watched, and they were worried that he would freeze to death. Hillary can't remember anything they discussed? There is much more film. She will be confronted with the fill during her deposition....

A federal judge who stated in court Sen. Hillary Clinton had nothing to do with the planning and preparation for a scandal-plagued Hollywood fundraiser, received by hand-delivery yesterday a transcript of a videotape that allegedly captures the New York Democrat committing felonies related to the event. The transcript, along with a letter demanding a hearing, was hand-delivered to Federal Judge A. Howard Matz by Douglas Cogan, a regular contributor to FreeRepublic.com who has followed the case closely and helped produce a documentary. As WND reported, the tape – held by the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York...

Senator Hillary Clinton (D-New York) has found herself in yet another fundraising scandal. This time she's under fire for receiving thousands of dollars from a Democratic donor who, after being a fugitive from justice for 15 years, turned himself on Friday. The head of a Washington-based group that fights government corruption says political fundraising scandals involving Senator Clinton are "continuing at breakneck speed." For her 2000 Senate campaign, Senator Clinton's fundraising operation was fined $35,000 for underreporting and misreporting contributions. Now in the midst of her White House bid, Clinton is in hot water over her ties to Norman...

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton cites her experience as a compelling reason voters should make her president, but nearly 2 million pages of documents covering her White House years are locked up in a building here, obscuring a large swath of her record as first lady.

14 yers ago today, on July 20, 1993, the body of Vincent Walker Foster, Jr. was found in a Virginia park, next to a civil war cannon, with an unidentified revolver lodged in the right hand. Vincent Foster died of a small-caliber gunshot wound to his head. Vince Foster was not only deputy White House counsel but also the personal attorney to Bill and Hillary Clinton. On the night of Foster’s death, top Clinton aides made a frantic effort to enter and remove documents from his West Wing office. In the days that followed, federal investigators were stymied in their...

"I don't know what Arkansan is for chutzpah, but this is a gigantic case of it." These are the words of presidential spokesman Tony Snow at last Thursday's daily press briefing. What Snow is referring to is the criticism leveled at President Bush by both former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, over Bush's decision to commute the prison sentence of former White House aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby. Snow couldn't have said it any better. Bill Clinton weighed in on the commutation of Libby's prison sentence as if he has no history of controversy in...

The bell has just rung on the 2008 presidential sweepstakes and already more entries have crowded into the gates than the American grandstand can count, much less account for. That's all to the good, as the only winners over the past two decades have been named either Bush or Clinton. Still, since nothing less than the fate of the nation seems to be at stake, it is imperative that all candidates be measured... --snip-- Deeply frustrated by nine seasons of blockading by Clinton lawyers and Democratic congressmen, Mr. Barrett issued a statement saying, "An accurate title for the report would...

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Justice Department has opened an investigation of possible accounting fraud at Fannie Mae, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, after a federal regulator said the mortgage giant may have manipulated its earnings targets. The Journal reported that the investigation is still in the preliminary stages. Fannie has been under fire since the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, or Ofheo, accused the company of improper accounting that allowed senior executives to pocket multimillion-dollar bonuses. According to the newspaper, officials have said that some Fannie Mae executives may have misled regulators, which in some cases...

Last night, radio talk show host and former US Justice Department official Mark Levin shocked many listeners when he reported that President Bill Clinton gave nuclear technology to the Iranians in a harebrained scheme. He said that the transfer of classified data to Iran was personally approved by then-President Clinton and that the CIA deliberately gave Iranian physicists blueprints for part of a nuclear bomb that likely helped Tehran advance its nuclear weapons development program. The CIA, using a double-agent Russian scientist, handed a blueprint for a nuclear bomb to Iran, according to a new book "State of War" by...

Rodham Allegedly Received Fraudulent Loan as Payment for Securing Pardon Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced last week that it filed a formal request with the U.S. Department of Justice, calling for a criminal investigation into the reported activities of Hillary Clinton and her brother, Anthony D. Rodham, former President Clinton, and Vonna Jo Gregory, former owner of the carnival company, United Shows International. Recently released court documents provided new details concerning a scheme involving Anthony Rodham, who allegedly received $107,000 in fraudulent loans from United Shows International as compensation for securing a...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Let's start off here with the wrist-slap that Lynne Stewart got yesterday from a Clinton appointed federal judge. It's not just the judge in this case, though, who needs to be examined. Lynne Stewart represented the blind sheik, Omar Abdel Rahman. She violated canons of legal ethics. As part of his sentence, he is not allowed to communicate with any of his terrorist buddies. She, his lawyer, did it for him. She could have received up to 30 years in jail, but she gets 28 months. She's going to appeal that. She'll remain out, I think, on...

ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands -- Former U.S. President Bill Clinton says he had plans in the early 1990s to attack and destroy North Korea's nuclear facilities after the secretive communist state was found to be producing weapons-grade plutonium. At the time, he said, North Korea had plans to produce between six and eight nuclear weapons per year.

WASHINGTON - Former advisers ridiculed ex-President Bill Clinton yesterday for saying he had a plan to invade Afghanistan, topple the Taliban and kill Osama Bin Laden after jihadists nearly sank the destroyer Cole. "The only order we got from [Clinton] after the Cole was to put together a target list for air attacks," said Michael Scheuer, who led the CIA's hunt for Osama Bin Laden under Clinton. "What I was involved in could in no way be called a full-fledged plan to attack and overthrow the Taliban," he said. In his fiery interview on "Fox News Sunday," Clinton claimed he...

The State Department warned the Clinton administration of the dangers from Osama bin Laden after the terrorist left Sudan in May 1996, according to two declassified "top secret" State Department documents. The group Judicial Watch obtained the documents through a Freedom of Information Act request and released them to the press yesterday. "This is not a case of hindsight being 20/20," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "These documents prove the Clinton administration knew the danger Osama bin Laden posed to the United States back in 1996 and yet failed to take any meaningful action to stop him."

ABC 9/11 Docudrama's Right-Wing Roots Max Blumenthal Mon Sep 11, 6:28 PM ET The Nation -- On Friday, September 8, just forty-eight hours before ABC planned to air its so-called "docudrama," The Path to 9/11, Robert Iger, CEO of ABC's corporate parent, the Walt Disney Company, was presented with incontrovertible evidence outlining the involvement of that film's screenwriter and director in a concerted right-wing effort to blame former President Bill Clinton for allowing the 9/11 attacks to take place. Iger told a source close to ABC that he was "deeply troubled" by the information and claimed he had no previous...

Over the years, historians and dramatists will produce many, many versions of "The Path to 9/11." If Bill Clinton wishes in the future to complain about historical inaccuracies, I suggest he first answer one question: What handwritten notes, and by whom, were on the three copies of classified documents (out of five) that Sandy Berger chose to steal and cut up with scissors in 2003, smack in the middle of the 9/11 commission's investigation? When we know the answer to that question, Bill, then and only then will you be entitled to complain about historical inaccuracies in the record.
