It’s—almost—enough to make you miss Chris Cuomo . . . Sounding like a Dem attack ad, new CNN co-host John Berman, speaking of the separation of the children of illegal immigrants, opened New Day this morning by repeating four times in 56 seconds: “the White House chose this.” Berman instructed his viewers that those are “five words you have to remember.” For good measure, he accused President Trump of a “ruse,” adding “the President has lied about this.”Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

This newfound media environment is a direct result of the corruption in American journalism today To the envy of people throughout the world, Americans enjoy precious freedoms which are enshrined in our Bill of Rights. Fortunately, this includes the freedom of the press to conduct their journalistic responsibilities without government interference. A free press has served Americans in many positive ways since the founding of our nation. We need a free press to serve as a watchdog on our government and to keep our politicians honest. Since the founding of our nation, responsible members of the press have reported on...

Korea, the long-forgotten war fought by a long-forgotten generation, is, thanks to President Donald Trump, finally back on the front burner. This came about due to Trump’s extraordinary summit Monday with Kim Jong Un. As part of the denuclearization deal, the North Korean leader committed to the recovery and repatriation of the remains of some 6,000 U.S. soldiers killed in North Korea.

No wonder the public image of Special Counsel Robert Mueller has hit an all-time low. People have noticed that after a year of intense investigation and indictments unrelated to his mission, Mueller has found no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion. And it isn't only supporters of President Donald Trump who have noticed this lack of collusion evidence. Even the leftist Nation magazine has made this observation. Aaron Maté of that periodical wrote on June 13 that The Mueller Indictments Still Don’t Add Up to Collusion:

Rhetorical question: if a Hillary-hating Trump supporter had shot and almost killed a Dem congressman, do you think CNN would have mentioned that fact on the one-year anniversary of the event? But in its five-plus minute segment this morning on the first anniversary of a shooting at a Republican practice baseball game in which GOP congressman Steve Scalise was shot and almost killed, CNN failed to even name the shooter, James T. Hodgkinson, and never mentioned that he was a Trump-hating Bernie Sanders supporter. The only reference to Hodginkson was CNN reporter Phil Mattingly speaking of a “lone gunman.”Get the...

A leaked draft of House Speaker Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) amnesty deal confirms Breitbart News’s previous reports detailing how the legislation would not reduce legal immigration levels to the United States, as President Trump and likely voters have demanded. In a draft of Ryan’s amnesty deal, obtained by Breitbart News, for potentially millions of illegal aliens who qualify for the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, current levels of legal immigration at which the U.S. admits more than one million immigrants a year would continue.

Special counsel Robert Mueller on Wednesday filed a request for 150 blank subpoenas in the Eastern District of Virginia, where former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort lives. The two-page filing reveals little, but says that that each subpoena recipient must appear in the Alexandria, Va., courthouse on July 25 to testify in the case.

Whatever teen anti-gun celebrity David Hogg learned in high school, it apparently wasn’t the English language. It’s that, or he actually wants to increase the number of gun deaths in inner-city communities. Either way, the poster boy for the gun-grabbing left is showing all the world just how confused and ignorant he really is. In recent a Twitter exchange with a conservative commentator, Hogg let his ignorance slip with a colossally nonsensical argument for the left’s favorite economic policy: Raising the minimum wage.

Have you ever seen anything quite like this? A Member of Congress urging a private citizen to turn state’s evidence against the President of the United States? Appearing on Chris Matthews’ “Hardball” show on MSNBC this evening, California Dem congressman Eric Swalwell, speaking of Michael Cohen, said: “He better start talking soon.”Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Good (and bad) movies come and go, but some films garner such a fierce, loyal following that they reach cult status. People watch them over and over and over again. They host parties to watch them some more. Midnight showings at movie theaters draw incredible crowds, and oftentimes, fans "act out" the scenes in front of the screen. Actors who happened to have been in cult movies enjoy lifetimes of stardom (to one extent or another) and can probably make a living signing autographs at events and Comic-Con ad nauseam. Are you a huge fan of any cult classic? Here...

Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC) and fellow GOP Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) are set to introduce a resolution giving the DOJ 7 days to turn over documents owed to Congress. Rep. Jordan then ripped DAG Rosenstein for threatening Congressional staff members. “It’s time for House Leadership to stand up.” Jim Jordan tweeted: Rod Rosenstein threatened congressional staff. When the bully picks on your little brother, you have to respond. It’s time for House Leadership to stand up.

To date, Cohen has been represented by Stephen Ryan and Todd Harrison of the Washington and New York firm, McDermott, Will & Emery LLP. No replacement counsel has been identified as of this time. Decrying Mark Sanford’s defeat in his congressional primary race, Joe Scarborough today attacked Republican primary voters and predicted that their devotion to President Trump will have a disastrous impact on the 2018 midterms. What Republicans did last night, and what they are doing, in subservience to Donald Trump, is going to lead to a massive Democratic wave this fall.”Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Hillary Clinton on Trump and North Korea: "I don't see a plan"... He is getting "Played by Kim Jong-un and Putin". This video is from a segment on CBS "Sunday Morning" in 2017. More proof that Hillary and the Democrats are a walking talking 'Swing and Miss'. How can you get played by Russia if you were colluding with them? Video here.

The faces on Morning Joe today were almost as glum as the morning after Hillary Clinton lost. It’s tough for liberals to admit that President Trump pulled off something historic. So give Joe Scarborough a modicum of credit. As painful as it surely was for him to praise President Trump, Scarborough said: “I’ve got to admit, when I see these two people shaking hands, I feel a sense of relief, as do a lot of people in Washington, knowing how bleak the situation was six months ago.” Scarborough also acknowledged that American voters are “going to look at the front...
