The following is a detailed expose of New York City's ACS, Admnistration for Children's (Kidnapping and Alienation) Services. ACS fought for years to have the piece taken down and succeeded. Please share widely if you find value in it. All are at risk from these goons, as we have seen on multiple levels. The Almighty will stop them, but demands that we do our part. The Article: It's time to call a spade a spade, to name names and to finally shine a light on despots who threaten, bully and rip people's lives apart under the full protection of the...

It’s time for Americans to take note of who is promoting unity and love and who is pushing hate and division. Never in the history of the United States has a president, his family and staff been spoken about with such hatred. Candace Owens and Jessica Tarlov hit the media ring of the left and the right. Have to stand with a majority of Candace Owen...

It all started with an unwanted knock on the door by a government worker and it’s being answered with a $60 million lawsuit. A New Jersey family is suing the state child-protection agency after it allegedly sent a caseworker to their home to interrogate them on everything from their son’s homeschool education to questions about vaccines and guns in the house. Christopher Zimmer and his wife Nicole of Belvidere filed a civil rights complaint in April in U.S. District Court in Trenton alleging “unlawful and unconstitutional home intrusion.” “I won’t forget that morning for a long, long time,” said Christopher...

Slapping a teenager or taking money from her paycheck to pay family bills is hardly admirable, but doesn’t constitute child neglect or abuse, the state Supreme Court ruled Wednesday. In a 7-0 decision, the court found the state Division of Youth and Family Services lacked sufficient evidence to remove a teenager from her father and stepmother’s home in 2008, and dropped the abuse and neglect judgement against her stepmother. "The parental decisions made within this family unit may not have been exemplars of stellar parenting, but they did not rise to the level of Title Nine violations," wrote Justice Jaynee...

A Boise mother loses her parental rights battle at the Federal Court Wednesday afternoon. In 2002, Corissa Mueller brought her baby to St. Luke's Hospital with a fever. The doctor wanted to perform a spinal tap to test for Meningitis, and Mueller wanted a second opinion. Within hours, police and child services were called-in and Mueller lost custody of her child. The test was done anyway and the little Taige only had a cold. Mueller believes the hospital went too far, but the jury didn't agree. It took 16 days for the jury to unanimously decide that the Mueller's constitutional...

When our three-year-old, truck-loving boy developed a sudden interest in cross-dressing, we couldn't skirt the issue. By CLAIRE ROSS DUNN Wednesday, July 28, 2004 - Page A16 A couple of Sundays ago, Findley, our six-year-old daughter, decided to wear her most special dress to church: a pink chiffony number, its upper layer iced with beaded flowers and a bow. It had been bought for her first flower-girl engagement in the spring. As she pulled it on, her three-and-a-half-year-old brother Emmett decided he wanted to wear it. Trouble ensued. Lots of the kids' interaction now is about he got it first,...

Thousands of parents who had children taken away from them on the evidence of the controversial paediatrician Professor Sir Roy Meadow will not have them returned. Ministers are to review as many as 5,000 civil cases of families affected over the past 15 years by Prof Meadow's now-discredited theory of Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy. This accused mothers of harming their children to draw attention to themselves. Many mothers say that they have been vindicated in their insistence that they were wrongly accused and now want their children back. However, Margaret Hodge, the minister for children, has ruled out any widespread...

Predicting Autism An important new study offers clues into how this disabling disease progresses July 28 issue — Of all the misfortunes a child can suffer, few provoke as much dread as autism. The condition—a neurological disorder that impedes language and derails social and emotional development—has become ever more common in recent decades, thanks partly to better diagnosis. EXPERTS NOW SUSPECT that one person in 160 lives with some degree of autism. That’s three to four times the rate in the 1970s. But while the outward manifestations are well known, science is just beginning to illuminate the underlying biology. What...

Start Of Stratton Case Might Be The End By Allison Hart Mecklenburg commissioners aren’t the only ones who will be reviewing the Stratton case next week. On Monday, Feb. 17 the Strattons will go before the North Carolina Court of Appeals to contest the legality of one of their first court hearings. The Strattons claim their adjudication hearing, held on March 12, 2001, did not follow due process laws and that they were coerced into forfeiting their right to present evidence and witness testimony during the hearing. In juvenile court, the adjudication hearing determines if children brought into the custody...
