Well, having a double laminectomy/ Discectomy tomorrow. I don't really want to do it, but the doctor says the longer I wait the less likely function will return. I have 50% weakness in the left leg and a foot drop. It turns out I have direct impingement on the nerves which is blocking the nerve impulses. I've done excersize/therapy in the past. This time 0% improvement after 5 weeks of therapy. If this doesn't give me some improvement I'm looking at medical retirement (law enforcement).
