According to the BBC Trending blog, it refers to a game which involves balancing pencils over the words "yes" and "no" on a piece of paper.     I have read the following 'fact filled book': Possessed: The True Story of an Exorcism by Thomas B. Allen (ISBN 038542034X). In the book, the boy tries to reach his dead aunt using a OUIJA board. He instead is possessed by 10 demons. Fast forward to today. Children are playing a new game: The Charlie Charlie Challenge.
