All three networks on Monday excitedly promoted the anti-Donald Trump potential of the testimony of a woman the President fired. CBS This Morning predicted that former acting Attorney General Sally Yates would deliver “explosive†“bombshells†about possible connections to Russia. Reporters on NBC’s Today reassured viewers that the Democrat was totally reliable. ABC's Good Morning America included a clip of liberal Senator Dianne Feinstein to make that point. A network graphic on CBS screamed, “Bombshell Testimony? Fmr. Acting AG Yates to Testify on Flynn & Russia.†Co-host Charlie Rose opened the show by trumpeting, “Testimony on Capitol Hill today could...

Again with the same question? If you want to know why people hold the mainstream media in such low regard, here you go: You’ve got an opportunity to interview the president of the United States, in the Oval Office. You could ask him about health care, energy policy, North Korea, Iran, taxes, spending . . . anything you want. So what does John Dickerson decide to ask him about? See for yourself:

..During the discussion President Trump told John Dickerson trolled host John Dickerson on “fake news.” Via Breitbart: President Trump: I think we’re doing great on trade deals. It’s set. And I think we’re doing well. I mean, our country is being out-traded at every single point. We’re losing tremendous amounts of money on trade. And I think actually, I’ve been very consistent. You know, it’s very funny when the fake media goes out, you know, which we call the mainstream media which sometimes, I must say, is you. John Dickerson: You mean me personally or? President Trump: Well, your show....

Partial transcript as follows: TRUMP: Well, it’s a tough job. But I’ve had a lot of tough jobs. I’ve had things that were tougher, although I’ll let you know that better at the end of eight years. Perhaps eight years. Hopefully, eight years. But I’ll let you know later on. I think we’ve done very well with foreign policy. I think we’ve done very, very well with relationships with other leaders. I think we’re doing great on trade deals. It’s set. And I think we’re doing well. I mean, our country is being out-traded at every single point. We’re losing...

On his 100th day in office Saturday, President Donald Trump spoke to CBS News' chief Washington correspondent and host of "Face the Nation," John Dickerson, about his accomplishments at the traditional milestone and beyond, before flying to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to give a speech at a rally. What follows is a full transcript of the interview, which aired on CBS and will air again on CBSN at 6 p.m. ET Sunday. Additional coverage of the interview will air Monday on "CBS This Morning," broadcasting live from the White House. JOHN DICKERSON: Mr. President, you and the administration said to North Korea,...

STAHL: There are those who believe that today, with the White House and Congress under Republicans, that it is incumbent upon the court system to do double-duty, to be the great balancer against perhaps overweening power. KOZINSKI: That's certainly not our job. We are there to protect against abuses, but we're not there to be a political counterforce. STAHL: But what happens when two branches are in one hand? KOZINSKI (patiently explaining how democracy works): If they are both in the same hands, it means that the country, the people, want to move in that direction. I don't think it's...

On March 26, CBS aired a “60 Minutes” story on "Fake News." Within that story was a two minute plus segment with Mike Cernovich of www.DangerandPlay.com. Scott Pelley declared that Cernovich had published "stories with no basis in fact" that were "categorically false." Prominently featured was a story "by a retired anesthesiologist in Florida who never examined Hillary Clinton" that said "she has Parkinson's Disease." I am that anesthesiologist. And it's true that I have not examined Mrs. Clinton. But the diagnosis of Parkinson's is based in observation, not examination, and “60 Minutes” wasn't interested in that fact. “60 Minutes”...

Avery McRae has been passionate about the environment for half a lifetime, and she’s been worried about climate change since kindergarten. Now, at 11, she is really getting serious. She recently signed on to sue President Trump and the U.S. government. “Trump is not doing anything to help stop climate change,” she says. “He’s a climate change denier, and we’re gonna prove that to the world!”

Veteran journalists at CBS are reportedly quite upset with network host Gayle King after she enjoyed a recent yacht vacation with Barack and Michelle Obama in Tahiti. King, co-host of "CBS This Morning," went on a star-studded vacation with the former president and first lady, Tom Hanks, Bruce Springsteen, and her best friend Oprah Winfrey on billionaire David Geffin's 138-meter luxury yacht, called the Rising Sun. A source told Page Six on Thursday that CBS journalists are "pissed and raving mad" at King for vacationing with the Obamas while she anchors a news program that covers the White House. "The...

CBS This Morning on Tuesday did the bidding of the ACLU and expressed concern over an Alabama mega church lobbying to have its own police force. Showing a clueless attitude in the wake of the 2015 Charleston church shooting, reporter David Begnaud asked Greg Garrison of AL.com: “Why can't they just rely on 911 and call for help if they need it?”

Reid laughed, saying that was a "goody two-shoes" answer. To his point, the word aired on "CBS Sunday Morning" without being censored. "No, it's not!" Warren said. "Are you kidding? Have you ever seen a woman like me look you straight in the face after you've finished some long explanation of something and then just said poop?" Warren added she hasn't said the word yet on the Senate floor, but the day could be coming.

NIGERGATE THE TRUTH: HOW THE FRENCH TRICKED THE USA “I was employed by the French since 1996. I handed the false documents on the uranium trade between the Africa and Iraq to them” –-- With this startling declaration Rocco Martino, the freelance spy at the centre of the false Niger dossier, has confirmed that France was responsible for some of the information later used by Britain and the United States to promote the case for war with Iraq. Before examining Martino’s deposition it’s worth taking a look at some of the details regarding France contained in the Senate Select Committee...

The disgraced former anchor of CBS Evening News began his rant by listing what he viewed were “unfounded allegations that clutter our news feed” like Susan Rice and the “wiretapping of the Trump team.” He then proceeded to drop a goofy “Ratherism” as he spewed: “The smoke machine is turned on. There’s a trained monkey dancing in the corner. The magician is buckling his cufflinks."

Russia has been showing the world glistening scenes of the Winter Olympics. It's a rare opportunity to brighten a national image that often skates on the thin ice of corruption. One authority estimates that 20 percent of the Russian economy is skimmed by graft and a lot of that by government officials. It may be that no one knows more about this than American-born businessman Bill Browder. Browder tells a story of thievery, vengeance and death worthy of a Russian novel. He's a thorn in the side of Vladimir Putin and he has torn a rift between Moscow and Washington....

Mike Cernovich, a journalist who has promoted conspiracy theories and was deemed “fake news” by “60 Minutes,” was the first to break the news that Obama’s former national security advisor Susan Rice made requests to unmask the identities of Trump associates. Cernovich said in his report Sunday that New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman knew about the Rice requests, and “has chosen to sit on it in an effort to protect the reputation of former President Barack Obama.” A New York Times spokeswoman told The Daily Caller, “Cernovich’s claim regarding Maggie Haberman is 100 percent false.” Bloomberg’s Eli Lake confirmed...

It finally dawned on me, what the so called "news" has become. I watch these so called news shows and here's what I see: 1) Almost no "hard" news is ever reported, certainly if it is it's never "balanced". 2) The "news" really starts off as "fake" news - something that is typically anti-Trump and has no substantiation. 3) All the (so called) reporters like a Major Garrett or Charlie Rose et al "comment" on the news and typically offer "opinion" and "conjecture" - they mostly offer up false scenario's and comment on them thru the anti-Trump biased lens of...

OK, so I guess I have to admit, first, that I actually watched CBS Fake News. In my defense, well, it was just on, and I couldn't find the remote. In any case, they did a segment on Trump's tweet asking why no one wanted to investigate Hillary's Russian uranium deal. And Scott Pelley and Company at CBS proceeded to tell us. There were several government agencies involved, he said. Not just the State department. Even the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Agency signed on. And "Hillary could not stop it." Oh. Well, thank you CBS for clearing that up. Note that...

FBI agent was at the Garland jihad attack, egging on the attackers. -------- 60 Minutes ran a feature Sunday night about the FBI curious role in the May 2015 Garland jihad attack at a free speech event co-organized by Pamela Geller and me. It was, predictably enough, viciously biased, sloppy, and incomplete, but it was nonetheless illuminating in raising a hard and unanswerable question: did the FBI want Pamela Geller and me dead? Despite the fact that the jihad attack took place at our event, neither Geller nor I appear, except in one still photo, in the 60 Minutes piece....
