This past summer, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) changed its corporate name to Washington Trust Foundation, Inc. (WTF). Last week CAIR/WTFreleased, under the CAIR moniker, "Legislating Fear -- Islamophobia and its Impact in the Unites States."
