The FBI announced Wednesday the arrest of a 21-year-old Syrian man on terror charges in relation to an alleged plot to bomb a church in Pittsburgh, according to NBC News. The suspect, who alleges to have been admitted to the United States as a refugee in August 2016, is said to have recorded a video of himself pledging allegiance to the leader of ISIS.
