This lawyer belives that the DemocRAT lawyers are guilty of the worst kind of spin. I find it incredible that they would think that the judges ruling that the SOS must not reject later handcounts "arbitrarily" is a ruling favorable to thier position. Of course they really don't believe this- its just spin. The case law on what is, or is not an "arbitrary" decision is voluminous and well settled. Bush stands 942 votes ahead of Gore. There are a reported 25 Counties yet to post their new numbers. Of these 25 Counties, only 7 of them have populations over 100,000. Of this same 25 Counties, 19 of them were strongly for Bush in the original vote. It looks good for Bush. These remaining states should hold Bushes lead or perhaps increase it slightly. The absentee ballots should increase the lead as well.
